The worst!Update: I shared "my concerns" on that link you provided and as sorry as you may be, I've yet to hear from anyone, hence validating my impression even more.

They got me in quickly, although that is probably due to the fact that they are still a new hospital and they don't seem to have a lot of new patients yet. The staff was friendly and great, overall.

Shelly S the nurse was AMAZING. Treated me so well. However the DO Joanne Rousseau was rude when I had a positive covid test and I was upset crying/having a panic attack she said “well you should have been vaccinated, people die everyday and you may get worse and need a ventilator” umm okay thanks for your awesome bedside manner. Everyone else was super sweet and even the nurse stuck up for me and apologized for Joanne’s behavior and her scolding me.

Our primary care doctor is absolutely amazing. However the support services from Ascension are the typical big healthcare services you would expect, they will call you on their time days, weeks latter in some cases. If they have to cancel or bump your appointment just sit back and wait, and relax, they wont contact you back latter to reschedule that day, or week even. And if and when you are contacted back, communication will be short, they wont know how to send you open appointment times, or call you back, you need to call them back latter and most likely wait another week or more latter for them to contact you back. I wish our doctor could work at a place with as great as services as he provides personally.

We had the best experience at the Ascension Menomonee Falls location! Nurse Kelly and Nurse Karissa went above and beyond helping my mom when she was in their care. Their care and compassion could not have been more genuine. The hospital is extremely clean too! Thank you for making a tough situation better!
