Staff is friendly, everyone we spoke to was helpful, cheerful, and pleasant. The place was clean and bright. Easy to find the place and parking was easy with plenty of space.

If I could give zero stars I would.

The staff at their Urgent Care made it very clear to me they don't care about me as a patient or a person. I could tell the entire story but I'm so mad I'm crying!!

Came into the ER and told them I had been puking for hours straight with severe abdominal pain. She didn’t do any tests. At all. She looked at my eyes with a light and asked me to drink a glass of water which I threw up. She asked if I had been drinking and I told her I had 2 nights prior and that I know the difference between a hangover and something seriously wrong. She refused to chart their refusals of services. She refused to offer any other testing and would not explain why. She sent me home. I went to another hospital only to find my upper intestines are bleeding. Which would have been easily detected with simple testing. I read my after visit summary and I find out that she completely lied in the notes. She completely put words in my mouth and didn’t document any of the pain I explained I had. I am reading them and I am completely disturbed and appalled and angry. I am actually fearful for anybody else that runs into this incompetent spiteful nurse. I also fear that there are more of these nurses in the department.

Upon entering the emergency department there was no nurse to do my intake for 20 minutes. Then I was set in a room where I waited another 20 minutes before I asked a nurse for some help. I waited another 20 minutes and left. This hospital has a real staffing issue and my guess is that they'd rather let the patients suffer than shell out for adequate help. Screw you Mayo! Do better. THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE. My mom just got discharged in worse condition than when she went in. Thanks to Juanita and her team in the Emergency Room.

Dealing with the Podiatry Dept is the worst experience you will ever have. Very long wait for appts and Dr's are too rushed to listen and do the bare minimum to help you. Takes nursing days to respond if you have concerns ( if they even respond at all).

Fiance has been dealing with these doctors for years with the same problem. All we ever get is guesses and treatments to treat there guesses and have yet to get am explanation, cause or treatment that has been a solution. I intend to do everything In my power to ensure the people providing care if you can even call it that and anyone they report to are no longer allowed to work in this profession. When we punch in we all have a job to do if these people dont want to do there job then maybe they should be stuffing envelopes or flipping burgers someplace. It really is a shame what places consider quality care these days. It is sickening and pathetic honestly and with the consumer rating as low as it is for this Healthcare system I don't even know how they are allowed to continue providing care. This company thought they were broke before, well I will be contacting a few attorneys to see what we can do to finish them off. Maybe then we will get a provider that actually tries to help its patients!!!!

Terrible care for my 3 year old. Needless to say I switched doctors and even to a totally different place. Mayo is supposed to be one of the best but I definitely do not recommend red cedar or the pediatrician Lindsay knoppes.

I’m a nurse, so I have a critical eye. I found the staff to be attentive and very skilled and compassionate. Their response time to call lights was amazing. The surgeon knew what he was doing and answered all of our questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Never do I ever feel like my needs are met. The facility is very negative towards it's patients and I'm tired of hearing people complain about how they felt like they were treated poorly. Also one of the most inconvenient layouts for a medical facility
