Sheeba Minhas Pannu's Online Review Report Card

I had such an incredible experience with Dr. Pannu! She has so much compassion and really took the time to see and hear me. So happy to have her as my new general provider!

WORST provider I ever encountered. Google has more competence than her. Scheduled my daughter’s 100% covered annual physical (scheduled for 30 minutes, mind you) and she was in to talk for 5-10 minutes then billed for an office visit for $376.00 because she didn’t have time for a physical. She has absolutely no patient/provider relationship, nor does it interest her. She is quick to refer you out for the simplest thing like birth control. I wouldn’t trust her with my health anymore than I would a friend of mine. Please read reviews about her. You are likely to die in her care.

At first I was not confident in Ascension primary care as I inadvertently chose a provider who came into each of my appointments at least 30 minutes late and referred me to a specialist for every single thing I needed instead of helping me. The front desk was a mess as well. Two visits in and I still never got access to the patient portal. However, I was fortunate enough to schedule a new patient visit with Dr. Pannu two days after seeing the previous primary. Not only is Dr. Pannu extremely knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate but everyone in the clinic was amazing all the way to the check in desk. I am very happy I switched to Dr. Pannu and intend on keeping her my primary!

I have been seeing Dr. Pannu since 2006. She is one of the most compassionate doctors I have ever met. I had a very difficult situation I recently went through and she stayed in the room and talked to me for over 1 hour. She then called me daily for 5 days to check on me. That is rare. I read a mean comment about my doctor left below by someone and it made me very upset. It's terrible people like the one below who drive good doctors into leaving. I don't know what I would do without Dr. Pannu

I was seen today by Dr Sheeba Pannu, due to my family doctor has moved onto another location. This visit was the worst doctor visit I have ever experienced. Dr Pannu's patient relationships are actually non existent. When she entered the room, as a new patient to her, she never shook my hand upon entry or upon exiting the room. Her demeanor is condiscending. The questions asked by the doctor were very unprofessional. She was in the room for a total of 5 minutes for a full physical. Go elsewhere!

I initially brought my mom to Dr. Panu. My experience was so positive, I made Dr. Panu my PCP. I saw Dr. Panu on 4/3/2018 for the first time. She listened to all of my problems, addressed all of my concerns without rushing. I felt that I had taken too much of her time but she never indicated that at all.

Dr. Pannu is a great doctor. My usual doctor was not available so initially I was nervous to see someone new. She made me feel so comfortable. She is so casual and easy to talk to. She is also unbelievably smart and knowledgeable. I am planning on switching to her. I'm so thankful to have found such a great doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pannu for 11 Years. I followed her to her new clinic. It takes me an hour to get to the new clinic but I would never change doctors. She is very smart, knowledgeable and caring. I have complete trust in her care. My entire family goes to her.
