I have been with this office for a while now. I deal with Dr. Piryani and he is a most helpful doctor, I trust him completely. His staff are also very helpful. All of the staff and doctors are very personable and know their jobs inside and out. Whenever I have had injections, I can easily trust them to keep me safe. I recommend this office and doctors over anyone I have dealt with.

I have seen Dr. Piryani and his staff for 2 procedures and both have helped me immensely. Dr. Piryani is a genius, able to hone in on pain issues quickly and efficiently. He is a compassionate person who cares about the whole person and their health issues. He and his staff operate like a well-oiled machine and are as thorough as I have seen. His staff is also highly-skilled, compassionate, professional, polite and thorough. I have had 2 procedures involving needles injecting meds to remedy long-term, persistent pain issues of a common nature: arthritis in the neck and sciatica in the lower back. During the procedures, Jen helped with any discomfort by deep tissue rubbing of the arm and shoulders which helped a lot. Venessa, Raj, Kanta and Brook were all helpful, professional and eager to be warm and helpful. This staff is top-notch. I am very thankful that I was referred to Dr. Piryani by my doctor at Atlas Chiropractic (Brookfield), Dr. Michael Szatalowicz, also a life and pain-altering doctor in my life, and definitely worth seeing.

My husband had been going to Aurora pain management for 5 months and they did not manage his pain. We came to Dr. Piryani, he gave him a thorough examination, reviewed his MRI and x-rays and scheduled him for a cortisone epidural within 2 weeks, and prescribed him the appropriate medication. Dr. Piryani called him twice after the epidural to check his progress. His staff is also very attentive.

3 TIMES A WINNER!!! Back in 2020, I was referred to Dr. Piryani for intercostal rib pain, which was severe! He did some nerve block shots and to this day, which is over a year ago, I still do not have any residual pain. Then in May of 2021, I had hip and groin pain. Again, he administered some cortisone injections and the pain was gone. Recently, I was having mid-back muscle issues, in which my muscles were severely tight that I couldn't move real well. Once again, he administered steroid injections and again I am pain free! Dr. Piryani will go above and beyond to help his patients and so will his staff. They all are kind, knowledgeable and professional! I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to Dr. Piryani! He will always be my choice for pain management! Thank you Dr. Piryani for helping me not once, not twice, but three times!!!

It is by far the best spinal treatments i have ever had.super and highly skilled staff.i guess the number one thing is that they care.most dr's want to operate which for the patient is not always the best alternative..

The staff was courteous and attentive, Dr. Piryani explained everything in detail that would go on and made me comfortable. The procedure I had performed exceeded my expectations.
