Dr. Reese has cared for all 3 of my children and now my 3 grandchildren. She has remained consistent and I really trust her care. She is a spectacular physician.

While I do like my children’s doctor, I hate the whole idea of not being able to contact the clinic and the fact that appointments are MONTHS out every time you have to schedule. As a result I will have to find a new primary care doctor for my children. The inconvenience is not worth it. The information that you get from the call center workers are never aligned with the information from the clinics and the call center is useless and unhelpful. So disappointed.

Absolutely love Dr. Reese! My twins have been going to her for 14 years and now I have my new born scheduled with her. Made me us feel very comfortable which I had already expected! Concerning, knowledgeable, friendly, gentle, and overall just caring. She’s the best!

I made my kids appt in November 2020 with only appts available Jan 3, 2022. Calling early morning to see what time my son's appt. No answer @ 8am but does not open until 8:30am. Call @ 8:30am I'm on hold for 9mins. I hang up call back and push option az I am a doctor and rep. picks up right away. I advised I was just on hold for 9mins and been calling for a while she advised me that the Dr that was seeing my son is out and would need to transfer to front desk. The front desk stated they couldn't get my kids in until Feb 2022 for they go to the back of the line. I questioned why would my kids go to the back when they been waiting since November and since the Dr is out they get pushed all the way back. I advised why wouldn't everyone get pushed back. She stated that is what they do. So the kids appt for next week is fine but my kids gotta wait until February. I am looking for another office because they are too too unprofessional and we haven't even begun. Pathetic
