Straight to the point kind of doctor. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Janik and her team.

My husband and I struggled with unknown infertility for five years. We went to five different fertility clinic and only heard that I had a uterine fibroid which after test and test, was confirmed not in the way. Had two rounds of iuis, one round of ivf, multiple timed intercourses. I had to get a test done to complete a second round of ivf and my PCP suggested getting the testing done with Dr Janik. Thank the heavens because this woman was the best thing that could have happened to us. She actually asked me what I wanted to do, how I wanted to proceed. She took multiple visits with my husband and I for understanding on what we wanted to do when my hormones were being disrupted by the other ivf clinic. Finally I told her to get the fibroids out, and she agreed. After the surgery we found out I had endometriosis and she removed all of that too. With my follow up after the surgery, Dr Janik told me she didn’t believe we would have any difficulty getting pregnant anymore. I waited three months to heal, got the green light and my husband and I conceived naturally the first month we tried. I knew her staff by name. Everyone was friendly and professional. I highly highly highly recommend Dr Janik.

Dr. Janik gave me my life back. After suffering for my whole adult life and other doctors brushing off my pain I finally found a Gyno who did a hysterectomy. During that he found horrible endo that needed a specialist. He referred me to Dr. Janik and I had a second surgery. My surgery lasted 5 hours and was grueling but she gave me my life back. It’s been a year and I’m pain and symptom free and I feel like a normal person again. She is very straight forward and won’t sugar coat things. She is 100% focused and committed to you and your case. She took her time and made sure she got every last endo cell in me and it was extensive. She called my case a miracle, but she’s the miracle. I can’t even imagine where I’d be right now without her. If you’re suffering like I was ask for a referral to dr janik. She is honestly the best in her field and a miracle worker.

Dr. Janik is the most thorough and competent doctor I have worked with in any specialty. Her ultrasound technician is the best I have ever worked with. And her nurse has been the kindest and most genuinely compassionate nurse I have worked with in any specialty. Dr. Janik has been compassionate when we dealt with multiple surgeries, infertility issues and 2 miscarriages. She isn't typically warm and fuzzy, but she is always honest. When we conceived, you could see genuine happiness and satisfaction in her face. She does her job with excellence for the simple satisfaction of doing it well and seeing her patients have success, rather than the praise and admiration of others. I was given wrong information by warm and fuzzy doctors at other fertility clinics in the area, and dealt with real incompetence on the part of those doctors. With doctor Janik and her staff, I know I am getting the best care. That is why we have chosen her as our doctor for 7 years. There is no one else I trust to have the knowledge and expertise to navigate these difficult waters. And if the testimony of her patients isn't sufficient, it is important to note that she is chosen as one of Milwaukee's top doctors in her specialty by her peers, year after year. I will never see another fertility doctor.

Dr. Janik was so comoassionate, thorough and patient. She gave me hope again after other Drs told me how bad my endometriosis was and that I need to remove my ovaries. She said no, scheduled my surgery and preserved my reproductive organs while removing the endometriosis from my body. I had a stage 4 endo and it was on many organs of my body, this condition caused me to lose my relationship too. She gave me hope again and that I'm very very grateful for. I have recommended her to my friends. The best thing for me is how she takes her time to listen and thoroughly examine you. Her humility and sincerity. She said I can even have babies naturally. Not great! they fumbled the records and billing. had poor communication. the doctor was visibly impatient with questions and with my expressed desire for fertility treatment--her specialty! She was often rude and condescending in our interactions and lacked compassion more generally. I had to find another clinic to be treated with dignity and common courtesy. Do not recommend going to this MD for family planning if you are LGTB. All of her paperwork required “husband/wife” signatures. She also inquired if my partner and I had considered the psychological implications on a child of having a non traditional family.

Not in network for most of the insurance, you have to pay upfront and always there were differences in the services provided and amount charged by the staff. I just wasted my time with her.

She is an excellent dr. She changed my life. I had endometriosis. My surgery lasted 8 hrs and now 6 years later I’m free of pain thanks to her dedication and God. God bless you dr Janik. Thank you for your dedication to help woman.

She was very kind, helpful and excellent. My surgery lasted 8 hrs. She changed my life. Before the surgery I was in insoportable pain. I could not function. She did the surgery in sep 2013 and now is Sep 2019. 6 years later I’m free of pain thanks to her dedication and to God.
