Best hand doctor. Took care of my trigger finger. No more problem with finger.

1. I made an appointment to see Dr. Trinkl for information on his services. When I made the appointment I asked if I would see the Doctor and what the possible costs would be. The person said that yes I would see the doctor and If I wanted costs to call my insurance company. I thought this answer was unusual but kept the appointment. I really don't know how everyone else handles the possibility of surgery but it makes me very anxious of the thought of someone cutting into my body without knowing who, what, where and when. I had made a list of questions that I wanted to ask so I could feel comfortable about the Doctor and facility doing the surgery. After about an hour wait and the previous experience, (read below) I was called for the second waiting room. The nurse took me to the scale area to get height and weight and I asked if the Doctor was in since the long wait and other patients checking in to see Dr. Trinkl. She said he wasn't in and I would be Seeing a PA. Physicians Assistant

This doctors office staff front desk all have a very unpleasant attitude and lack of care when it comes to record keeping of important medical record for patients. Unfortunately, the only help my we got was with the clinic manager by the name of Sue. Everyone else's attitude is terrible and the manner of help we received was horrible, this goes for both over the phone help and in person. Not a place I would recommend to anyone who expects compassion and understanding of clinic staff towards its patients.

Dr. Trinkl has been my doctor for over 10 years. He consistently provides excellent, compassionate care. Highly recommended!

I went to see Dr. Trinkl a few months ago. My ring finger, first joint, was" frozen" in a downward position. (Tendon was ripped and could not be repaired.) He did what he had to do to straighten it and insert a screw in the first joint. My finger looks great again and the pain I had due to the "freezing" of the joint is gone. I would recommend Dr. Trinkl to anyone with finger or hand issues.

I wrote a review on Dr Steven Trinkl and I feel I was hasty in doing so and I would like to retract my original statement.

After many months of pain and discomfort on both thumbs, I contacted Dr. Trinkle . He performed minor surgery on both thumbs, and within days I had great relief. I was able to get back to work [electrician] within a few weeks. It was a great experience.

Dr. Trinkl spent about 5 mins. with me. He didn't allow me to totally explain my symptoms. He said I would just have to live with my condition. Other people have the same thing.

I saw Dr. Trinkl summer of 2015 for a cortizone shot in my hand/thumb. I told him that my least favorite thing in the world was needles. I used to pass out at the sight of a needle. Dr Trinkl and his assistant took the extra time with me to calm me down and made me comfortable. Dr. Trinkl told me that the needle would be in my hand about 6 seconds. We all counted while the needle was in and the asst. held my hand. He knew exactly what I needed. He's the best & I am going back. Denise H.

After 2 years of pain and disabilities following surgery in which Dr Trinkl removed a bone from my wrist and screwed my thumb into place, I was advised that the actual problem was never addressed and this disabling surgery was 100% unnecessary. This doctor ruined my life.
