They help you in many ways! I love it there I go there for my pregnancy shot I hate shots but they help me to get over my fear
Took my Mom in for INR blood test Friday morning. While the nurse was very good the clinic itself doesn't do the testing onsite. They have a courier pick up and take to Osseo to do the test. The Doctors order had instructions to call his cell with results (WHICH THE CLINIC HAS NOT DONE) so he could tell me how much blood thinner medication to dose her that day and rest of week. The doctor never received a call. I called the clinic on Saturday AM and they didn't have the results there so they transferred me (I'm not sure where) after asking my Mom's date of birth etc she said had the blood work results but couldn't give them to me. I asked her to call the Dr with the results and was told "That's not my job". She then went on to EXPLAIN she takes calls from Florida to some other state. I was so upset by then I said "Well good for you" after which she said she was "Disconnecting the call". Dr called me back again on Sunday morning saying he STILL has not heard from them. It is now 9:30 Monday morning and still nothing. I checked with the nurse on Friday to make sure that the phone # on the Dr's order was his cell and not his clinic.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
