My husband visited the clinic a few days ago for a covid test. He was told to go out to his car and register. When he tried, for some reason it would not load on his phone although he tried multiple times. He went back into the clinic and talk to the receptionist and let her know what was going on and she was very short with him and told him to just refresh the browser which he had already done multiple times. He then asked her if they had Wi-Fi and if he could have the password so he could register and she rolled her eyes and acted like this was a huge inconvenience for her. After he sat for about 30 minutes they finally told him that they did not take his insurance and that they would be charging him $250 for the covid test. Covid tests do not cost $250 and I think it is borderline criminal for them to charge uninsured people this amount of money. If you're uninsured and need a covid test go to the place that's connected to the Dunkin' donuts on highway 20. Staff is super nice and their covid tests cost 50 bucks. Needed to take a family member for Urgent Care on the morning of 10/14/22. Hours indicated for this facility are posted as 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We arrived at 7:55 AM and waited along with others in the parking lot for the doors to open at 8:00 AM. No one came to open the doors. We waited until 8:15 AM and it was clear there was no staff in the building. No note on the door indicating the clinic would be closed. This facility was great. No wait after completing paperwork. Staff was extremely professional and very through with asking about medical history medical history and reason for my visit. I highly recommend this care facility to anyone looking to avoid long wait time for urgent care.

Easy to register and set up an appointment which I appreciate. Everyone from the front desk staff to the CNA were wonderful and the NP that saw my son was a delight! Fast, simple, easy, and really great care!

This was my first visit to PUC, as they advertised free, no nonsense Covid testing. I came at a time that was not busy, and I appeared to be the only patient. Honoring universal precautions, I was required to mask up, and fill out health forms in the car. Not sure as to why I was required to give insurance info, since the testing was advertised as free, but my fault for not asking. Once allowed back inside via text, Dana took my blood pressure, questioned my symptoms, and then proceeded to test me, gently, and with consideration. No sore nose afterwards per past testing. She then left me to my own devices in the waiting room for 15 minutes, and came back with a negative result. She explained why this may be the case, and proceeded to check my ears, as I told her it could very well be swimmer's ear. Sure enough, I was diagnosed with water behind the ears, and given suggestions. I was also assured that I was welcome to come back if symptoms persisted and or worsened.
