i’ve come to this hospital 2 times in the past week once for my boyfriend and once for myself and each time we have been here the receptionist have been absolutely rude to us. when you are already not feeling well and you come to a hospital you should not be greeted with an attitude and talked to like as if what you are feeling does not matter their job is to simply check you in. definitely should do a retraining on the receptionists. nurses and doctors have been nice but i just really don’t appreciate the unwanted attitudes by other staff.

My daughter has had two open heart surgeries, along with down syndrome and other medical complications. Children's has been invaluable in maneuvering through life as normal as possible with her conditions. They remember her, cheer enthusiastically for all the hard won milestones, and show her love and kindness. They truly want her to thrive. I trust them with her life!

One of the worst hospitals we have ever had the pleasure of being forced to stay at. Being told 4 different things by 2 different doctors that do not communicate. Hearing nurses in the pediatrician department make jokes about nurses killing infants next door to ours. There will be a law suit thanks.
