Very thorough & patient when I was asking questions. Will DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone with feet pain.

Dr. Jay Christensen was outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable, sensitive, and informative on my wife’s condition. Within a brief period, he had her back on her feet pain free. Dr. Christensen performed surgery on my right foot about 5 years ago. I have to say that Dr. Christensen performed a miracle. It was day surgery. When I was ready to go home after my surgery, I do not know what medicine he put in my foot, but I did not have any pain when I went home. About 2 to 3 days later, there was some minor pain. Dr. Christensen and the office staff were so nice and friendly, and made me feel so comfortable regarding my surgery. So, Dr. Christensen you rock. I would and will recommend him as the doctor to see regarding foot and ankle issues.

I saw Dr. Christianson for foot and ankle pain a while back. After a couple of visits he came to the conclusion that I had some deep vein’s that were being impinged as well as plantar fasciitis that was going on to which he indicated could be remedied with surgical interventions. I left feeling very distraught and hopeless. Being that I was not satisfied with the diagnosis I decided to get a second opinion at a foot care specialty facility in the Milwaukee area. Very quickly, I could tell that the doctor I was seeing a Milwaukee was very different. The Milwaukee doctor was very optimistic that less invasive methods would likely remedy my issues. Dr. Christianson recommended multiple surgeries, the other doctor simply recommended that I use ankle braces for a while to shore up my ankles. With the braces, custom orthotics and enhanced stretching I was able to overcome my foot ankle issues. I am very grateful I sought a second opinion as Dr. Christianson was very quick to recommend to put me under a knife when in hindsight it certainly does not appear to be warranted. While Dr. Christianson has very good bedside manner, he is smooth, polished and a salesman. To boot, my doctor visit down in Milwaukee was wildly cheaper! If you do see Dr. Christianson I would certainly recommend getting a second opinion!
