The most rude Dr I have ever met. Her lack of unprofessionalism is disheartening. I was advised by a relative and friend of Dr. Parnell’s demeanor, I only wish I would have taken their advice.

Dr. Kelly Parnell is the rudest Dr. I have ever encountered in my entire life. A little compassion would go a long way in her case. It was a mistake on my part…. I should have did my research before scheduling my appointment.

Dr.Parnell is so friendly, funny, and down to earth. She really cares about her patients.

Dr. Parnell was over 20 minutes late. She did not know anything about me even though this was a follow up visit. She barely even greeted me and spent 5 minutes in my chart figuring out who I was. She didn’t take the time to understand my symptoms. She made me feel that I had to choose between treating my headaches and breastfeeding my newborn child. She didn’t involve me in my care and prescribed medications without explaining what they were for, side effects, etc. She did just abruptly walked out of the room without explaining next steps and even remarked “Yeah I bailed on you.” This experience was absolutely horrible and I’ve never felt so disrespected by a provider.
