I had to take my daughter to the ER last night. Everyone took great care of her especially Ashley. she's a great nurse and really cares about her patients. Thanks for all you do!

I want to express my immense gratitude to Dr. Hershel Z. Weisberg, with the New Richmond OB team. Throughout my pregnancy, Dr. Weisberg treated my case with the utmost care and attention, as if it were high risk. He attentively addressed all of my concerns and made sure to provide thorough answers to my questions. Dr. Weisberg not only took the time to listen to my worries, but I wholeheartedly believe that his prompt actions are the reason my son is with us today. When my blood pressure spiked and my son's heart rate raised concerns during the stress test, he acted swiftly and decisively. It's often challenging to find an OB who truly takes your concerns seriously, but I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Weisberg countless times over. If my previous provider had demonstrated the same level of attentiveness, I believe my previous pregnancy might not have ended in the tragic loss of my stillborn child.

Very corporate. The doctors don't do anything or know anything unless their told by their superiors. And their superiors insist on multiple dangerous vaccines and shots when my wife is pregnant because the owners are indoctrinated Democrats. Choose Hudson physicians.

I won't ever go to this .mismanaged facility ever again. I've been a patient here for 20 years, but no more. And it's all about the administration. They don't care about you, they just want to bill you.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Hecht & staff members from the surgical department, Emily & Sara D. The day of my procedure, Dr. Hecht dismissed my symptoms, did not thoroughly review my chart before the procedure & disregarded the diagnosis another doctor believed to be the cause of my problems. During the procedure the sedation wore off & I was aware of intense pain. No one checked in with me to see how I was doing. The nurse gave me more sedation which only immobilized me but did not take away the pain. The procedure was never stopped or paused during this time. In the recovery room the nurse flashed lights in my eyes & was very rough with me. Pulling my arm to check my blood pressure & removing my IV very carelessly. I was told I needed to get dressed & go home & take a nap even though I couldn’t even stand without support. The time I spent in the recovery room was around 40 mins before I was wheeled out because I still could not stand on my own. I reported my experience & an investigation was done but because they didn’t believe anyone had done anything to intentionally hurt me no action was taken against anyone involved.

No call back after injuring my hand.. apparently if you're a professional that works with your hands and show up there with an injury. It's not important issue unless maybe you cut your hand off.. I'm going to do my best not to use that place anymore.

Dr. Salama, nurses Kara, Dani, Ann, Lacee, and Mary in reception have no idea what they did for me and my anxiety from previous medical trauma when I had to come into the ER. From Mary's warm greeting and reassuring demeanor, to every single hand that touched me after that, words simply cannot express how thankful I am for your professionalism, support, efficiency, care, and empathy. Thank you for showing me what true medical care is supposed to be. I feel so lucky to have been helped by every one of you.

Crystal and Lisa were incredibly kind and thoughtful. I had a great experience and I left comforted knowing they were able to diagnose me and provide next steps to ensure I would get better soon. They were thorough and took the time to answer my questions. For a unexpected urgent care visit I really appreciated my experience and would recommend to others.

My adult daughter was seen in the Westfield's ER this morning. The level of care was appalling at best. The doctor that provided care had "med student" on his name tag. The RN was the only reason this post got 2 stars, her compassion and willingness to listen and provide care did not go unnoticed. When the care from the 'MedStudent' was questioned by my daughter, the RN jumped into action to attempt further care to rule out broken bones. It was then the ER Staff Doc entered the patient care room for the first time. After belittling and berating my daughter for comintg to the ER thinking she deserved this level of care for the pain she was suffering...DrSury's words were there will be no xrays..."the ER is for Really scary problems". This Doctor also misdiagnosed my daughters condition with her 15 second evaluation before she sent my daughter on her way. My concern for this ER is that if a doc gets the nonscary stuff wrong...how much more serious that the Really Scary stuff could also be missed or misdiagnosed. After 35 years as an RN, I am extremely frustrated and angry by the lack of care provided for a human in need.
