My family loves our doctor at this location. We absolutely love Dr. Fee and her assistant Brittany. They are so kind, loving, and sweet toward my kids, and are very polite and professional. Whenever we’ve needed to get in for a same day sick visit, they’ve always been able to accommodate us. We’ve seen a few other providers here and they’ve all had the same friendly and professional demeanor. I feel confident in the care we receive here as a family. I also appreciate the prompt responses whenever we send a message with a question through the app. All in all, we love it here!

Poor customer care. Lost confidence. Stemming from a visit after a weeks-long illness beginning with cold like symptoms, sore throat, fever, etc...progressing to rash, neck swelling and vomit. First visit suspected hand, foot and mouth. No testing of any kind done. A second visit was prompted when neck swelling occurred. Came in at office's suggestion (I called first) - no new information...no testing of any kind done. Pointless visit. Further symptoms of throwing up following that - we've now missed 7 days of school. I called the office again. No desire to see again soon - no testing of any kind suggested. Symptoms progressively worse. I went to an Aurora Clinic, strep tested immediately - positive. Antibiotics prescribed; problem solved. I've now been billed for all 3 doctor visits, the second of which no additional service, diagnosis, nor treatment plan was made. No further information was provided from the first visit. I had to go elsewhere to get this resolved. Called the office and left a message with a very helpful nurse whom indicated she would relay my concerns to the office manager - I've received no response since doing this. I've since filed an advocacy complaint with Children's. I cannot recommend this place. I encourage one to go elsewhere if possible.

PLEASE DO NOT consider scheduling your child or children here!! Everyone in this office is extremely rude and demanding! My daughter's pediatrician is Dr. Fee and her nurse is Brittany, they are very rude and do not care about making you comfortable or you having a good professional experience. The office even scheduled my daughter one time without asking me a day & time that works for me then when I told them the day they scheduled doesn't work for me they got upset and demanded I go to the appointment and I can not reschedule. I don't know about you but being able to work around my busy schedule is a must! Also Dr. Fee refused to fill out a Wic form so my child will not have formula just because she wants to see her before my benefits come on in a couple days but they don't have appointments in a few days... She knows I can't afford formula on my on so basically she does not care my child will not have formula until she feels like filling out the form or until my child gets seen which is so ridiculous!! I have felt my children have been a burden to them this whole time and never felt comfortable there. I always have anxiety going to appointments cause I never know what unprofessional thing will happen next. Please look online for a pediatrician that has 5 stars & great reviews! It will save you from this!

I've always had great experiences with the Doctors and PA here. They are all wonderful with my children.

The nursing in oak creek staffing. Are lazy and extremely unprofessional! My child is on an ADHD medicine and I had a con concern I called them onece and did not hear back after 24 hours. I called them back again and again and they were not getting back to me. So I said I was coming in to the b building to tt someone and the nurses said it was a threat! Om good gracious how rediculas is that! I did go in so it wasn't a threat. When I got their Dr Whille spelling proubly wrong. Was kind a enough to help me.. she should not of had too but did out of the kindness of her heart... And that was extreamly kind of her., however those nurses should have taken a couple minutes too just answer it would have taken to minutes out of their time! I asked were they got theyre nurses from the office manager defended them and did not help she is as horrible as they are. My sons Dr is amazing and worth seeing. However the. The office staff for the most part is helpful but the nurses are horrible one of them Lynelland can be very mean want to add, I did not threaten I followed threw the. Also when I was arguing with the office manager. They were listening and laughing in the back groung like this was some kind of a joke!This place needs help like nurses who really care. And if you don't want to so my chart they dismiss you as well. These nurses are like over grown teens that need help its like a Jr high Scholl there or so it seems

I hate to see the negative reviews so I had to write about my own experience. Dr. Hernandez has been a wonderful pediatrician to both of my sons since birth. She always remembers us and is very thorough with any of my questions or concerns. I would recommend her to anyone with a child. She is smart, funny, and easy to be around. Nurse Carrie is sweet and gentle with the kids. The front desk are friendly and helpful. I’m so glad I chose here for our family

We love Dr. Khalid! Nursing staff has always been super helpful. Feel like the pediatricians and staff really care about our kiddos and that makes all the difference.

Location stupid wanted us to come in during a tornado warning which we in the south east region was close to having because on that day the news warned there were multiple tornados capable of landing. Dr's also misdiagnos children left in right stay away. Dr orgren is one!
