Osceola Medical Center's Online Review Report Card

Will charge you $500 for a freaking office visit. $500 for a conversation and nothing else? No shots or medications, just reaffirming information I found on the internet. You're what's wrong with our medical system, absolutely predatory... I even tried calling billing trying to to decipher how establishing care/ an office visit could possibly be $500 and they said that's how it's billed and there's nothing else I'm being billed for so $500 is correct. This is why people die from lack of care. You charge me an insane amount of money for a conversation, what would you charge me if you actually did something for me? You can send my bill to collections as I refuse to buy into this absolute bullshit.

Best kept secret in Osceola just east of MN. This hospital has it all! Specialty clinics from the Twin Cities. Kind, friendly, compassionate caring staff! Good bye M health! I can see specialist with a small town feel!

My wife delivered both of our kids at OMC and we had a great experience. From the front desk, to the nurses and doctors, everyone was great. Even after we moved to the twin cities area, we chose to drive to Osceola for doctors appointments because we like our doctor so much.

We have used Osceola Medical Center as a primary clinic since it added an office in Scandia many years ago. We have always received attentive and compassionate care from the providers at OMC; and are confident with the diagnosis and treatment that we have received for whatever health problems we are experiencing. Most recently, we took my daughter to OMC for a issue with coughing and fever. The providers at the walk-in clinic were able to determine she had both pneumonia and an ear infection. Through this process, we discovered my daughter was allergic to one of the medications; and they helped us through the process of dealing with a medical allergic reaction. The pneumonia would not clear up so we went to the walk-in clinic again who then referred us to OMC's emergency room after doing an exam, x-rays of her lungs, and a nebulizer to help with breathing. The ER doctor prescribed two more medicines for my daughter to take which completely turned around the pneumonia and her persistent cough. The walk-in clinic staff called us a couple days after her appointment to check on my daughter and see how she was doing. This attention to detail and concern about my daughter's health went above-and-beyond what I would expect from a doctor's office.

My doctor is AMAZING! Always able to answer my questions and is incredibly up to date on new research. The wait times for the ER are really short too! I think it is very funny that people complain about having to wait a few minutes to see a doctor in the waiting room. They have obviously never had to go to a large hospital ER!

I don't know how I got so lucky as to find my awesome doctor at OMC. I always feel that she genuinely cares. She is patient with my questions and always answers them clearly and honestly. I truly couldn't be happier with my doctor and the care I have received at OMC.

Billed and forced me to pay for additional labwork I did not authorize. No communication from doctor or OMC's financial decision maker despite many calls to OMC trying to resolve. Just said I'm wrong, they are right and I have to pay for their billing error.
