He was extremely rude and unprofessional! He barely looked at me or asked me anything. All I got was condescension. His mind was made up before I came in and he was very offensive.

My adult daughter saw Dr. Means a couple weeks ago for the first time and we were incredibly happy with how the appointment went. He was straight forward regarding his diagnosis and educated us on how he came to that conclusion. He made sure she fully understood the plan on how to move forward. Highly recommend!

I don't understand the negative reviews at all. Dr. Means is super patient-oriented, knowledgeable, and listens to me (every word) before evaluating and treatment. I've been to a lot of bad dermatologists, seriously, and Dr. Means changed my outlook on things. Skin issues are sometimes difficult but he is on board with information and patience. His staff is excellent, too!

I wasn't impressed with Dr. Means. He seemed perturbed by my questions. I felt unsure of diagnosis when I left.

We would give zero stars, if possible. He was unprofessional and rude, extremely rude. In addition, his inability to provide a reasonable diagnosis made the visit a complete waste of time and money. We would definitely NOT recommend.

Highly recommend. Immediately, Dr. Means made me feel so comfortable. He’s the perfect mix of professional and laid back. He’s highly knowledgeable and proficient with diagnosis and treatment. I’m no longer in need of his services but will go back to him if I ever am in need of a Dermatologist. A+
