He totally ignored my concerns about my intense pain and basically told me that I shouldn’t have even come to the ER for help and that I should just expect kidney stones to hurt that badly. I was vomiting and crying from the pain.

Failed to provide care. Released patient immediately after visit. We took her directly from Aurora ER, where Spychalla treated her to Thedacare ER where she was admitted for three days and then tranferred to a rehab facility for five weeks. He failed to identify the severity of the illness. Totally callous, arrogant and incompetent.

Awful Awful Awful. Arrogant, released an 89 year old woman who needed two nurses to get her in a vehicle with a strap around her chest to her home, where she lives alone, after she fell that morning. We could not get her in the house and took her to another emergency room where she was admitted. Inexcusable.

I only wish no stars was an option. Released an 89 year old woman who needed two nurses to get her in the car, after a fall that morning. We took her straight to another hospital ER, where she was admitted and fully evaluated for injuries. Absolutely awful experience.
