Dr. Ho was a very knowledgeable doctor. He had a terrific bedside manner and answered all my questions. I will definitely go back to him if I need to.

Felt rushed and not heard, as he spoke over me. I understand he seen my xray, but didn't listen to my concerns. Rushed me out telling me to get an MRI. He asked questions but I couldn't tell him about the popping in my lower back or the permanent pinched nerve. Any exercises I can do . I felt unworthy as a patient. My wonderful chiropractor explained the x-rays to me and did so throughly, and recommended strengthening exercises, unlike the doctor. Dr. didn't even bother to show me the film and explain much at all! Disappointed. I don't want to have to go back to that doc.

I was unsure of the procedure I was having done but knew that needles were involved. I intensely dislike needles, but Dr. Vo quickly and relatively painlessly did the test and it was no worse than a shot. I appreciated that he took me through it without judging my fears.
