I had a tibia and fibula fracture with a fractured ankle as well, they called Dr. Zhu in special for my surgery because of the severity of the injuries. I am a type 1 diabetic which is a complication with this big of a procedure. I felt I was in great hands and have been amazed at my progress. He has a warm demeanor and made me feel at ease through this process. I'm not out of the woods yet but feel very hopeful. I would recommend anyone to him with a complicated surgery. I have a history of addiction, recovered for 2 and a half years, and they made sure to keep me comfortable without ever shaming me about my past. Thank you to Dr. Zhu and all the nurses he works with. ~ Sarah

I met with Dr. Zhu for the first time I think on Jan 2, 2024. I came to him with a complicated leg injury/trauma and I was very impressed with his confidence and knowledge of what he felt he could do for my leg. He was honest but yet compassionate. My next surgery will be January 11,2024 and I am looking forward th the start of my leg being repaired 🙏🙏🙏

I tore my Achilles and got lucky to have doctor Zhu repair it. Him and his team made the whole process very smooth. He took time to answer all my questions and I never felt rushed. I would absolutely recommend doctor Zhu!

I saw Dr.-Zhu for my ankle pain I've had for many years. After x-rays he showed me the awful arthritis and bone on bone ankle area..He explains treatment so well..I have 3 choices and will start with the least invasive. My previous visit with the doctor for my cracked kneecap was similar...good explanation and treatment that worked.

Very good. Dr. Zhu was very polite and explained everything to me. He showed me the X-ray and told me my options. I was impressed with him. I am now 3 weeks past my surgery. I have no pain and am recovering well. I am thankful that I had Dr. Zhu. If you need an ankle replacement, I would highly recommend Dr. Zhu.
