We really love Children’s Pewaukee. Dr Bethany is amazing and Sam in behavioral health is a also amazing. I have nothing negative to say!

Called days in advance of my child's vaccination appointment to ensure they had the numbing spray for her vaccination. I was told by the office staff that they did no problem and to ask for it when we were taken back. It turns out this clinic does not have the spray. It may seem trivial but my daughter has been through a lot recently and this was the least I could do to ease one of her pains. Very disappointed.

Great and safe place! Love the location. Close to everyone in Waukesha County. Very clean very spacious place. Friendly kind staff.

We had a recent well child visit at Pewaukee and there was another child in the waiting room that was sick with a cold. Naturally we tried to stay far away but the little girl kept coming over by us. Two days later both my daughter and I had colds. I am not sure why it has been such a HUGE deal up until recently to have two HEALTHY parents come to discuss their child's needs, but you can have a known sick child running around the waiting room infecting everyone. Now I've had to keep my daughter home from school and call into work. There needs to be better, WELL THOUGHT OUT protocol. Sick visit patients need to wait in their car to be called in, or be escorted to their exam room immediately. It makes no sense at all to let sick people wait around but not healthy ones.

I typ. see our pediatrician in Delafield clinic, however due to Covid 19, she is only seeing patients in Pewaukee. 1st time at this clinic went just fine. However, 2nd time not so great. Our ped was off so the nurse scheduled appt with Dr. Shander for a sick visit (sinus infection and possible strep throat). We were 8 minutes late for our 2:45pm appt. and were turned away for "not checking in between 2:41 - 2:51pm". I have a son with special needs who was sick and they literally had us leave the clinic and not be seen. I have NEVER encountered this at any of the other CHW satellite clinics or main campus. Needless to say, we will not be returning to Pewaukee Pediatrics ever again. I do recommend Delafield and New Berlin locations.

Fabulous staff, Dr. Whitt is just the best and has provided top notch care. Wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else.

Staff and Doctors are great and take a holistic approach to caring, treating, and evaluating their patients. Great clinic!!

I have been taking my kids here for a couple years now. I highly recommend it to everyone who asks for a pediatrician. They respect your values and respect you as a parent.

I can't say enough great things about Pewaukee Pediatrics. We have been taking our little ones there for almost a year now and I am so impressed by the entire staff here. Everyone is so caring and compassionate and so good with our little ones. We have had a couple of instances where we need to get in that same day if possible and would rather not wait several hours until Urgent Care is open. Each time they have fit us in to see a physician within a couple of hours. We primarily see Dr. Sharma, but have also seen Dr. Dunlap. They both take the time to listen and answer our questions or address concerns we have (and we have a lot being first time parents).

We loved Pewaukee Pediatrics! We moved out of state early this year and have yet to find a provider that even compares! The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and patient! My husband, my kids and I all love Dr. Wolff and miss her!! Thanks for always listening to every concern and not making us feel silly or like we are ever wasting your time!!
