I met Dr. Koss for the first time a couple of days ago. He is a warm, obviously caring person. He thoroughly answered all my questions with no, 'looking at the clock,' mannerisms. What a wonderful experience!

Dr. Koss - My mom and all of us thank YOU for all you have done to help fix her five broken vertebrae! Each procedure you were absolutely amazing from your clear explanations, to listening to us, to truly caring about the pain she was in and your kindness and gentleness and eye contact and even touch is above every doctor I have ever seen. You are extremely talented and knowledgeable about everything you do and most importantly - you helped my mom and removed the major pain she was experiencing.
