This man waltzed into the room, barely looked at me and said "what do you want?" He was of no help and a waste of my time. Nothing to offer.

I went to Dr Pasic with chronic sinusitis. My xray showed infection and poor drainage. We decided to move forward with the surgery. It was a hard recovery, but I was hopeful that the results would be worth it. Unfortunately, I now have chronic sinus pressure and pain... not sinus infection or congestion. Just sinus pain. I went back to Dr. Pasic pleading for his help, but he basically gave me a shrug of the shoulders and told me the recent xray looks normal. It's now been two years and my quality of life has taken a complete nose dive. The sinus pressure triggers sinus migraines. I can't exercise. I struggle to make it through the work day. No more social activities. I have sinus pressure every day and am completely miserable. I've exhausted the possibilities of what I can do, and believe me, I've tried everything. Do not see him. He's anxious to do a surgery, but doesn't seem to care about the patient afterwards. I would have been better off dealing with the constant sinus infections.

We brought 11 month old to Dr Pasic and explained our concerns. After trying to examine his nose he made it sound like the only way to know what was going on with him was an x ray or CT scan. So being a UW ENT we felt we wouldn’t get any answers to his nasally breathing . I didn’t like the idea of a exposing him to any radiation he was only 11 months old . The CT scan day was really hard if you can imagine and he had to be sedated so he would lay still . After the procedure we waited for results a week later and Dr Pasic said there was nothing on the CT scan that showed any concerns and he was goikg to refer us to Dr Kille. We thought it was weird to be referred to another Pediatric ENT but we’re happy to be done with Dr Pasic . Dr. Kille was wonderful and at the first visit he stuck a microscope tube up our zones nose and looked at him right there in the room and saw that he needed his adenoids removed his nasal passages were really blocked. Gunnar fussed during the while tube thing but Kille was great with him and just worked through it. Dr. Pasic didn’t use this method and must not have wanted to deal with trying to get our son to cooperate. So... a CT scan and x Ray would NEVER have been needed on my 11 month old . Dr Pasic chose the most invasive method to help find out what was wrong with our son . I still get upset about thinking we thought a Cat scan was the only way to determine what was going on. Maybe it’s just a little amount of radiation he was exposed to but if it wasn’t necessary than why do the harm? I would not recommend Dr Pasic with children or babies .

Dr. Pasic was an hour and a half late to my 15 minute appointment, was condescending, unhelpful, and rude. I asked him a question and he told me to "look it up". A waste of my referral to an ENT and extremely poor communication. Left feeling confused about my diagnosis with no direction of where to go next.

I've worked with other doctors in Chicago, and to say I was underwhelmed by my visit is probably an understatement. When you see a doctor, the goal is to get your condition diagnosed, questions heard, and a plan put in place. I have been told one thing by another doctor and I understand if Dr. Pasic disagrees, but he doesn't offer an opinion on why I have this condition or what to do to aggressively treat it. Although I only have had one meeting, I do not have any confidence in his plan.

This doctor seemed bored with his job. I received no useful information from him. I consulted him for a very painful condition for which he had no suggestion, diagnosis, or interest. I would not recommend this doctor.

Was somehow refused a sleep study but went to him sure that I had Apnea. Requested operation to AT LEAST stop my horrid snoring. Told him I didn't want to have to come back to his office.... Procedure poorly explained & definitely not what we agreed upon. Result: 2 wks on painkillers x STILL with sleep apnea...hallucinations, no more than 20 mins sleep/2 wks...literal waking nightmare! Apologetic, yes -but even still refused to reduce a tiny bit of one hefty copay (UW "patient advocate" is a joke unless they're in a position to be sued for $x6) Oh did I mention they dropped me on the floor afterward? Picture proof.

Consulted to correct all snoring. Was asked about sleep apnea; I said I thot most probably so. Still he did tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy without knowing--and w/o telling me he wasn't doing surgery for sleep apnea at all. *SHEER HORROR*. Not only still snored, but with pain meds never actually got sleep for 2 WEEKS. The minute I'd drop off to sleep I'd be wide awake again from not breathing. Within days was climbing walls, hallucinating, in panic mode stumbling around house screaming with delusions... He defended his position saying oh, it must've been so much better on the snoring just from having the tonsils out. REFUSED to even REDUCE the bill at all. Grade, D--

Had suspected OSA even with lack of sleep study done. Told him no matter what,I WANT TO STOP SNORING!! I was given impression he was taking care of it, like a sleep apnea surgery as I had requested. But after I woke up I realized he hadn't listened to me. Same obstructive soft palate! EVER GONE ON PAIN MEDS WITH APNEA?!?! After a few days I started hallucinating, screaming out loud, climbing walls--didnt really ever sleep for more than seconds at a time, for weeks. After all said & done he wouldn't even reduce my bill, even a little bit. Still needed treatment as if I'd never been seen.Pretty f*ing awful experience, would never use him again, not ever. Nope.

Best ENT I have been to (out of 5). Very knowledgable as a surgeon and an internist. Very detail oriented and really takes the time to go over your meds.
