It's a great place to get care bit as far as the outline clinics are concerned they push there docs to the max capacity .I have been sick for 3 days and called day 1 to get an appt with my doctor, not some other doctor my doctor. He can see you in like 3 weeks, oh cool but I'm sick today. Why would I go in 3 weeks. Then they push the ER or Urgent care on you because they make more money. Sickening

9/8/2022, Dr Marcu replaced my left hip. After going through so much pain, leading up it. Could hardly walk, bend over, get dressed, drive, etc. Didn't think it was ever going to get better. 6 weeks after my surgery, I feel better than ever. I can drive with ease, walk with no pain, or a crutch. OMG, I can even dress myself and clip my toenails. You really learn to appreciate the little things. Thank you Dr Marcu and all the nurses and CNA's. Thank you, I feel like I got my life back.

Rhonda and Tanya, in the imaging department, are amazing! They both go beyond what is needed to provide quality care to their patients. The hospital is lucky to have them!

I gave birth here February 2022 & had a great experience. The staff in the birth center are wonderful and made it all feel so carefree and actually listened to my concerns. Emergency department is a little bit slow, we were there for 4 hours.

A modern, well designed hospital. We have had two babies there and had a great experience both times. Have also visited the ER/urgent care on a few occasions, but always had a good experience. Providers were fast and polite.

EVERY SINGLE TIME we interact with this place I spend hours dealing with billing mistakes. And the billing department just blows you off.

Okay so my mom has been dealing with kidney failure the greater part of the last few years and we are Sauk prairie locals born and raised and you guys have on multiple occasions turned her away saying she was cleared and twice just today for trouble breathing. We took her to UW Madison Hospital and they diagnosed her with pneumonia cause her trouble and being she had low immune system it is a huge risk to overlook such a thing. This wasn’t the first time they have acted out of line or not in the best interest of the patient. On a separate occasion my mother had a blood infection and was being kept and monitored, a nurse came in to clean her chest port since her veins are too small to insert the port in a mor convenient place but regardless the reason it’s in her chest the nurse DID NOT WEAR GLOVES! When my mother requested she put a pair on she rolled her eyes and told her to mind her own business essentially shrugging her off and saying “don’t tell me how to do my job” my hope for this place has dwindled and it seems it’s a lost cause because no matter how often I go in and complain of the I’ll treatment of my loved one it never seems to change so best of luck upholding this great name of the city we live in, I sure was let down and hope I’m a rare case of this happening. Edit: No need to reach out just recognize it and do better for the community as a whole lost my faith so far, may try again if I’m desperate enough. Do not ever go to this hospital or you'll risk your family being escorted out by 5 (armed?) security guards just because you're there to check on the health of your family member that is in labor. Nurses rolled their eyes during the entire discussion and made my mother cry. No one in the family was threatening or being physical with staff so please tell me how this even makes sense. Bad bad hospital, would give 0 stars if possible.

update 2nd surgery today! Excellent TOP NOTCH SURGICAL TEAM TYTYTY! Had my visit with D Bindle ty! And Zac you were rite, 3 ureters! Ty ! I'm lucky to be seeking health, here! Update 6/23 Had surgery today with the most professional educated ppl I could ever have!! Kind, gentle, informative, educational, calming! And I thank you! And The MD N Grunewald hit a homer! Yahoo!

Very good small town hospital they have one of the best orthopedic departments in the USA. It is affiliated with UW hospital and clinics also has satellite with SSM health Madison. Hopefully you do not have to go there but if you do they are the best. Staff is excellent!
