Dr. Rosenberg is awesome! When I needed to be seen for an eye issue, he seen me right away. I greatly appreciate that he took the time to help me figure out what was going on. He is very genuine and does care about all of his patients. I am happy that I found Dr. Rosenberg. It's not often you find doctor's who really care about you!

Dr Dean always takes great care in examining my entire familie's eyes. Amy always helps us pick great glasses that fit each of us well.

NOT HONEST ABOUT BILLING AND CHARGES!. You are TOLD the services are COVERED and THEN you get a BILL. When you call about billing questions, the staff is RUDE and UNCARING!!!!!!!!! I had horrible billing issues with this provider. Provider recommend services and we were told the insurance would cover the services. The insurance did not cover the services. In fact they NEVER actual contacted my insurance company to confirm coverage. We I called back to discuss my concerns I was basically brushed off by the staff. I agree with the other person that says They are nice at first until you have a QUESTION. THEIR ATTITUDE changed to RUDE, UNCARING. My family and I will definetely find another provider that care ABOUT the ENTIRE PRocess of my eye care. I felt like it was all baout recommending services to get extra money and in the END they were not HELPFUL!

Racine optical is a great place for your eye care. Dr Rosenberg is very caring. he is committed to health and well being. His staff is great. They will go the extra mile for you. They are not upfront about costs of glasses. Make sure when they tell you something, to ask for it in writing and signed. As with the previous comment, they also argued with me about something they said earlier and then didn't stand by it. They are nice at first until you question something.

My vision has been corrected for 25 years, so I am well acquainted with glasses and contacts. When I moved to the area and needed to establish care with an eye doctor, Dr. Rosenberg's office was able to fit me right in. Ease of scheduling was nice. The doctor said my prescription was incorrect and said it actually needed to be weaker than what it was. I got new glasses with the supposedly correct prescription, but I've never been able to see as well again. I went back for a recheck, and he insisted it was right and I should be able to see properly, suggesting I was not being truthful about the clarity of my vision. I will never go back. I have no need or inclination to lie about how I see - I just want to see clearly! And I certainly don't want my doctor to argue with me and tell me I can see fine when I can't.
