Our experience with Richland hospital was super awesome! I came in ER needing a Cesearen, Dr Andy Wright and Ashley RN made sure we were well taking care of. Staff was friendly and helpful in many ways.. Thanks for being there when we needed you!!

The building I came into this world in, no complaints, doctors seemed to do a nice job with my mothers cesarean section

I honestly do not believe there is a single Profesional doctor or nurse in the er department. The amount of swearing and loudly laughing that is going on makes it seem like you're at a fraternity house not a hospital. I get having fun at work, this is on a whole different level. I listened while two nurses couldn't figure out what they needed for a patient for a chest tube. I listened to a lady crying in pain and no nurse or doctor checked instead they all hung out at the desk laughing away, that time was about a patient that had just been discharged. The lady that took my sister for her CT told her to quit crying when she had to move her arm (that was broken at the elbow and a child). This place is a complete joke. I recommend if you have the option and time to go anywhere but here. And thier billing department probably can't even color in the lines let alone figure out a bill.

I'm very aggravated at the fact of when I went into the pharmacy of this hospital to pick up medication for covid that I was told there would be no interactions with my daily medication well I spent an hour throwing up the most foul tasting meds that I've ever had and havent been nauseous the entire time I've been sick. this is outrageous. not to mention the only other time I've been seen in this hospital I was ridiculed for having a panic attack that I didnt even know I was having and was seeking medical attention. this hospital is a joke and they dont care about there employees.

I came in to get help and I wasn't able to get the medication bc I don't qualify. I'm not old enough or at risk in their eyes. They want me to come into the er for a situation where I already know what's going on. That sounds like even more money out of my pocket for something I already know. So thanks but no thanks

Took my daughter in as she was complaining about her ear hurting. Hope, Gunner, and Dr. Berhanu were FANTASTIC and got her taken care of quickly and were making her giggle the whole time 😊

Recently had a family member have surgery at The Richland Hospital. From start to finish all staff were excellent and efficient. Thank you Dr. Lumi, Marcia, and Shannon for your excellent care. I would highly recommend Dr. Lumi to everyone.

$650 for free physical. Insurance company said just needs coded correctly. Because I was in months before, hospital refused to code as physical, only as follow up. Head of billing hung up on me when I asked how to dispute this. Will never set foot in Richland hospital again.

Is it normal to come "a few minutes early" for a 9:00 appointment, still be waiting at 9:30, and feel like a bother rather than be apologized to when asking?
