Dr Novak is a caring eye specialist in River Falls Wisconsin when I found out I had high pressure in both my left and right eye and at 80 years old had a good chance of losing eyesight because of glaucoma Dr Novak recommended laser treatment to lower the pressure and explain how it worked side effects so feeling comfortable with his diagnosis we went forward with laser treatment first on my right eye went back a month later pressure dropped by almost 30% or a little better so I went forward and had my left eye done as well little or no side effects or discomfort his staff is efficient and caring thank you Dave Hense Hudson Wisconsin

Dr. N is very professional and did both cataract and eyelids. He answered all my questions and took time with me. His f/u care was great. He’s approachable and available. Highly recommend Doctor Novak.

2018 I was transferred from an ER and they got me in right away. Dr. N took great care of me through my procedure and all of my treatments. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions with a wonderful bedside manner. The staff was fantastic! The center was comfortable and clean. Very accommodating as I brought my child and was pregnant. Highly recommend!!

Good doctor but bring a good novel because you will be spending one-two hours in the waiting room for which should only be a 15 minute appointment. They book too many patients in one day. My dad had complications after cataract surgery. Had to been seen a few times for follow ups and had to wait almost 2 hours on 2 separate appointments! Not acceptable!!

professional at every level - he called personally after both surgeries to ensure all was well - offered a substantial discount for paying by cash - very happy with the over all experience - would highly recommend him to anyone in need of cataract procedures.

Excellent staff, quality care and exceptional knowledge and compassion from Dr. Novak. Be prepared to have a wait, they are very organized and efficient, but remember it's one doctor!!

Dr. Novak is very professional. Excellent explaining why I need Cataract surgery. Everything was gone over carefully with me. My wife has been his patient for many years, and encouraged me to see Dr. Novak. I'm thankful I did and will be having surgery in June. He has an excellent office staff and tech staff too.

Dr. Novak performed surgery on both eyes removing cataracts, then a month later did my eyelid surgery both eyes. He is the gentlest, kindest, funniest person I have ever met, and called the nights of the surgery to check how I was doing. He has the best surgical team imaginable at River Falls Hospital, the were funny and kind also. They all knew their position and did their work very good. Dr. Novak did extremely excellent work on my eyes. You can do no better than Dr. Novak, ever!
