He listen everything I had to say about my health, he answer all the questions. He follow-up in a couple of days. Very pleasant, friendly.

Dr. Gregory Miller, MD, is a wonderful & caring physician. He treated me as a human not a disease or illness. Seeing him outside the office he is always friendly & that is something I was not used to.

My experience with Dr. Miller was absolutely horrible. He completely and totally disregarded what I had to say. He formed his own opinions about me and my condition and didn’t care what I had to say. He made me feel like an after thought. Rushed me out of the office as fast as he could. The only reason I had an appointment with him is because my doctor was ill the day I scheduled my original appointment. Now I can see why Dr. Miller had some openings... It is beyond my comprehension how and or why people like him practice medicine.

I only scheduled an appointment with Miller when my doctor called in sick the day I had my appointment scheduled. I have suffered from horrible back pain on and off due to two herniated discs in my spine including my L2 and C5. I threw out my back shoveling snow the week before and could barely get out of bed due to the excruciating pain of the herniated disc in my L2. He noticed I had been taking Tramadol when needed for the disc issues I was having. He then interrogated me as to why I needed to take pain meds for my my disc pain. He proceeded to tell me that I didn’t need the pain medication and that ibuprofen and ice should suffice in conjunction with physical therapy. Worst experience with a doctor I’ve ever had. His demeanor is deplorable.

I have been having problems with swallowing for quite some time. I had a scare where I stopped breathing. My Dr. was not available, so I called the next Dr. that was available. He went above and beyond to find out the cause of my problem. He even called me when he got back from vacation to see how I was doing. I felt comfortable in his care, and would recommend him to anyone. And we did find out what the problem was. Thank-you Dr. Miller.

Was rude from the moment he walked in the door 45 minutes late. He treated me like a major inconvenience the whole time. Made assumptions about my lifestyle that were not true. He did not listen to any of my concerns. At then end if the physical, he made a comment about when I see him next year what he expected to see. He's crazy if he thinks I'll ever get anywhere near him again. He made me extremely uncomfortable the entire time. Worst experience ever.

Dr. Miller did not appear to listen to patient input or read patient history. He was unable to avoid the appearance of being rushed, hurried. His written communication regarding lab work was not in complete sentences; it might as well have been texted. When asked specifically about how to monitor prostate health, he provided a Xeroxed copy of a journal article about PSA tests that did not address the inquiry at all. He did not formulate a differential diagnosis based on the signs obvious to anyone doing a history and physical exam; bloodwork selected was a "lucky guess" to get to a preliminary diagnosis. Even with that very concerning diagnosis, he inquired "but you feel fine, right?" The chief complaint and reason for the visit was indeed that everything was not "fine". He did not follow up the preliminary diagnosis with a list of options to chase down a list of differential diagnoses, instead offered an invasive test that would answer one possible cause (but was a procedure that he knew how to do). He and his office were inept in preparing a strongly requested referral in a timely manner. Support staff did not introduce themselves. Dr. Miller did not introduce himself. It seems that medical professionals should seek to secure trust, should pay attention to the patient's words, demeanor and physical signs, should engage their brain in problem solving and share this information and planning with the patient, should exhibit professionalism. Dr. Miller and his staff did none of these things.

Dr. Miller really gets to know his patients. He offers high quality medical care. He is a true family doctor. He has delivered my children. He referred members of my family to specialist when needed, but still remained involved and concerned in our medical care.

Dr. Miller was honestly one of the most rude doctors I have ever met. He was short, curt, rushed, impersonal, robotic, and treated me as though I were a waste of his time. I will make sure that I never have him again and will tell others in the community to avoid him.
