List of Jeremy Scarlett's Reviews
I met with Dr. Scarlett in June 2022 after a failed epidural, rehab and various other treatments for my neck pain. After talking with Dr. Scarlett for about 5 minutes he knew what the problem was and was able to treat me successfully. I am very thankful for Dr. Scarlett and the entire team at WI Spine and Pain for the great care they gave me. I was just about resigned to live with the pain for the rest of my life, but thanks to Dr. Scarlett and WI Spine and Pain I do not have to! Thank you very much!
**TL/DR** medical negligence leads to Scarlett dropping me as a patient and I'm filling a formal complaint against him** I've been a patient for nearly 7 years. I came in in May as the recent treatment didn't work and I had to quit my job as I was not physically capable from the pain. It wasn't until August (no pain management in the meantime) that NP Mary discussed a Facet injection. Her inaccurate notes that omitted the fact the recent procedure was ineffective caused my insurance to deny the injection. I made a follow up with Scarlett and discussed my concerns about inaccurate notes. He assured me that she's since retired and there was no further cause for concern. He then agreed to order an epidural for my back. During our discussion, I brought up that I like aqua classes at the YMCA but couldn't afford a membership. He asked if I wanted a referral to aqua therapy also. I agreed. I specifically asked if I needed to contact Wisconsin Spine and Pain about the epidural, he said no. They would call me within a week. 5 weeks later, no call. I contact the nurse line, and he didn't even put the discussion about the epidural in our notes!! I told the nurse I needed to speak with Scarlett. There was no call back, but the director, Ruth called me to tell me that Scarlett was discharging me as a patient because of this. She refused to take my complaint and refused to provide her email so I may file my complaint with her. Additionally, she said I stated that I would be filing a complaint against Scarlett's license. I told that was untrue and I had a recording of the conversation to prove it. The letter I received discharging me as a patient listed my need for recording as the reason for the break. THEY DO NOT WANT TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. I guess he doesn't want to be held accountable for medical negligence. I'm now definitely going to file a formal complaint to the board after this action. There's much more, but it would be a lot to quite.

Dr. Scarlett in sheboygan office. Is the best he listens to you and truly cares about you. And helps you to have some quality of life .
I’ve been Dr. Scarlett’s pt for going on 11 years now, since he was at Med College of WI. He has ALWAYS taken time to listen to everything I’ve asked, consoled my concerns (and I’ve had plenty ;-), and walked me through my many procedures we’ve been through together. If you want a doctor you can trust, and even smile about after you walk out the door... Dr. Scarlett is the one for you!
I have a lot of anxiety due to a bad car accident and had several fusions and a spinal tumor. My primary doctor originally sent me to Dr. Scarlett for lidocaine injections. He was proactive and ordered a new neck MRI to see if more is going on in my neck. It was a week and I heard nothing from their office about my MRI. So, I called and left a message about anxiety over not having MRI results. He called me back the next day himself at 6 pm at night and gave me the answers personally. He also gave me possible other options to think about prior to seeing him in 3 weeks. I am very impressed by how he listens to your concerns and also provides pain help without medication.
Dr Scarlett has always taken the time to listen to my concerns. He has worked well with me and managing my pain. I highly recommend Dr Scarlett to anyone who suffers from chronic pain. You will never find a better doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
