I moved here two years ago and immediately went into the care of Dr. Scarlett and Brant Balthazar. I found their practice to be smoothly operated, utterly professional, and caring. My spine hasn't always cooperated, but they made absolutely every effort to address my needs. I can't be any more positive than this, because I think I've laid it out. Go to this practice if you suffer from chronic pain of any kind. Oh, i forgot to add: Dr. Scarlett wields the gentlest needles!

Dr. Shah It’s good at what he does all of his assistances Erin, Tonya, Nathan, Abbey and Andy Are very professional I recommend if you any Type of pain you reach out to this clinic!! I came to him with severe pain and he has been able to make it manageable for me!!

I would like to give a shoutout to Erin…It is evident that Erin enjoys her job…she is very kind and compassionate and answered all of my questions. The staff at Wisconsin Spine snd Pain always go above and beyond my expectations! I will definitely recommend Dr. Shah and his staff!

Writing this Review on behalf of Mark Johnson he wanted to give Erin pre op nurse and Nathan post op nurse acknowledgement of their excellent service that he received yesterday for his procedure. Both where very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable they make my experience very comfortable and pleasant. Dr.Scarlett always shows excellent hospitality and care to my needs as his patient as well Thank you again Mark Johnson.

I give Erin an A+ for getting my iv in on the first try, because I'm a hard stick. Nathan is an excellent post op nurse, friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend Dr. Scarlett and his team to everyone 👍
