My wife went to stillwater clinic 2/6/2021 and the staff was very rude to her. She tried to explain her situation needing a covid test. They made no exceptions. When she tried to call the school nurse where she worked to find out her options the receptionist told her to leave.

I asked for a letter and it took two weeks to get to me! Still haven’t gotten it. I had to call 5 times in order to get this letter. Just gave them my fax number and they said it was too late even though the clinic has a half hour until closing. In my opinion it doesn’t take long to fax - I work as a medical assistant so I know how this all works. If you need something urgent I’d go somewhere else.

I was at the clinic with severe neck and shoulder pain the doctor that I saw told me to go home and take ibuprofen. After a second opinion elsewhere I ended up having x-rays an MRI a corticosteroid shot and now surgery to replace a disc in my neck. I think that's a little beyond ibuprofen. Don't waste your money or insurance money here.

There isn't much bad to say about this clinic! I had bad luck with a provider there by being mislead on what her intentions were... I have my entire family seen there and love the rest of them! I couldn't give them anything less then 5 stars because of one bad seed! We have been doctoring there (Stillwater Medical Group) for 15 years and will likely continue here until were old farts!

Dissatisfied with recent experience at this clinic. I was going to be 10 minutes late due to weather conditions and called ahead of time to let them know. When I arrived they had me fill out all the paperwork and had me sit in the waiting room. The nurse came over and told me that they were too busy to see us even though we were literally the only people in the waiting room. My visit before that the dr had me wait an hour before being seen. The part that makes me the most angry is my daughter is only a week old and needed to be seen and they turned us away. It makes me think the Dr's really didn't care about the care they should have been providing because something could have been seriously wrong with my daughter and they just turned us away.
