I actually got lost and wound up at the wrong MAYO..however they were nice enough to make the necessary call to unruffle a few people and get me rescheduled..everyone was so nice and helpful.thanks!!

Went in for a head injury. The dr on call couldn’t get me out faster. Kept popping his gum, told me I had a hairline fracture in my neck… but gave me zero medication to control the pain until I could make it home (3 states away). Would not recommend.

Picked up the 86 year old mother-in-law and then drove to Sparta, about 1 hour travel time total. Her appointment was confirmed 2-3 days prior. At the reception desk we were told it had been canceled. When we asked why we weren't informed, we were told a message was left on her voice mail. She DOES NOT have voice mail or an answering machine. Very unprofessional. Two hours of driving for nothing.

I just recently moved up to Wisconsin from Illinois. The amount of attention and thoroughness with my care at hospital has been way above and beyond anything I received in illinois. They listen to everything I say and take it in to consideration. Like I have been told my numerous doctors I am a tough case. I lost most of my small bowels 4 years ago which affects my absorption of nutrients that I need and I just started going there and I have received more information about my issues and suggestions as to how to deal with my issues. I highly recommend this hospital and the doctors and nurses I have dealt with. My family practitioner is Dr. Hammet and she is just azing!

Go to mayo for all my health care. Folks are always professional and polite. Wait time is never very long. They usually get you in at your appointment time.

***(This is a ZERO star rating for the EMERGENCY ROOM)*** I would drive three hours to the next nearest healthcare facility for treatment even if I lived across the street from this place. Staff members are rude, unprofessional, inexperienced, and act inconvenienced when you seek their help. They can never get their records straight and refuse to help you when you question their obviously ridiculous judgement. This place hasn’t improved in the past five years and I doubt it ever will based on their track record. STEER CLEAR.

Unprofessional and terrible bedside manner. The only decent people were the receptionsists. I advise if you need to go to a hospital skip this place and go to Tomah or Lacrosse.
