This facility is awful staff should not be working in this field. It is a surprise to me how they still open. Do not send your loved ones here.

Very disappointing care was given to my mother during her short stay. After a very early dementia diagnosis, my siblings and I made the toughest decision of our lives and placed our mother at this facility. The care she received or lack there of was so poor we decided to bring her home and care for her ourselves. Many neglectful things in the 2 months she was in their care.

My mother was there a short time and was pulled out immediately yesterday. The staff are down right rude and laughed and said thank God she is finally gone as they were walking out the door. I would never recommend this place to anyone. As someone who has worked in healthcare and end of life hospice for over 12 years I am disgusted in the lack of care my mother received during her stay.

They are very friendly and take good care of my daughter.

My mother, Barb Mattison was a resident here until she passed a couple weeks ago. Everyone, from the nursing staff to the kitchen staff and everyone in between, were so good to her. My father Jack is still a resident and everyone has treated him with such kindness and patience since he lost mom. I can’t begin to thank them all. It means the world to me and my family

I lived there for 18 months and absolutely loved it! The staff felt like family and I was treated with dignity and compassion. Will look forward to going back if the need arises!

My mom was a resident three different times at the care facility over the course of four years - twice for transitional care - and then eventually to live out her last days. Our family thought that her care was exceptional. It was hard not having her in her own home but this was the best possible place to be if she couldn’t be at home. The staff was kind, dedicated and knowledgeable. They made a difficult time in my mom’s and her family’s lives less awful.

My aunt is a resident and our family has been very pleased with her care. She is happy and enjoys the staff. When we visit, the staff is always very pleasant and very helpful. She was not married and has no children, so her five nieces and her sister are her family, but being in the SV home has increased her family. They are all so kind and caring. Would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, pleasant home to live in.
