Trying to get ahold of the right person seems impossible. I spent over an hour on hold in order to be told that I was transferred to the wrong department and then went back to being on hold again. Once I finally got the "right person" she took general information and said she would put me on a list to get a call back from the "real right person". She also offered to transfer me AGAIN to someone that "might be able to answer my question". No thanks! The phone system in general doesn't make sense. Even the employees seem to be lost within it. HOWEVER I was able to get the same thing accomplished via Aspirus online in less than 5 minutes. My actual nurse and doctor seem nice so far. It's just a matter of getting appointments etc. in the first place.

This place is bad taby yang took out wrong teeth left the bad one. Then lied about trying to do the right one. So please go to a duderent oral surgeon other than this one

I see multiple specialists and get my labs here as well as at the Weston location. I have also used the urgent care. I am very excited for the completion of the expansion project to get a quality ER.

Oral surgery with Dr. Lloyd Anseth was scheduled 2//21/20 to have 3 teeth broken at the root. The doctor greeted me with a handshake, began asking questions, asked if I thought I needed pain medication and I said yes. Immediately after began to profile me. Told him I got married and adopted my children Tuesday and he asked if I adopted legally. Also struggled with 2 of the 3 extractions. No anesthesia. Wouldn't recommend if you would like nonjudgemental like surgery.

I was denied service while having an asthma attack because I couldn't wear a mask.

Not impressed. Go to Aspirus or any other facility. Rude check-in personnel. Not respectful of time, either. In the future, it would be nice to notify your patients when they are behind schedule.

Got treated like dirt by the nurse for crying after a wisdom tooth extraction. Mind you, I cry after any sort of anesthesia, its the norm for me. Still no reason to be treated the way I was.
