Jeanine Kies's Online Review Report Card

Dr Kies was hurried, short and left me desiring another opinion which wouldnt happen in the time I needed it, due to a sinus infection. I was scheduled with her due to my regular primary being booked and I was having symptoms of a sinus infection as I've had in the past. She had me take down my mask, stood far off and literally hardly even touched or lifted my nostrils to look inside. She then had me step down from exam table and began to tell me she didnt see anything but a swelling on the one side but felt it was due to a deviated septum. When restating my symptoms and if she could look back to see how I've had this before, she said it's hard because of all the medications (and health issues I've had over the years (I'm a 3 time kidney transplant with other health issues as well). My jaw dropped. While she did give me antibiotics because of my insistence on her continuing to look back and then she did see it, the level of genuine concern and care were beyond sad! Would not recommend

My experiences with Dr Kies have always been very positive. She’s attentive, listens and is sincere. She includes the patient in decision making, and takes patient concerns seriously. I’ve already followed her from one practice to another and would do so again. I’ve also already recommended her to several friends.

I’ve recently-ish moved back to the state and I absolutely adore Dr. Kies. I’ve never had a long wait, she actually *listens*, makes suggestions and then involves the patient in decisions about the care plan. I have followed her to her new practice and will continue to see her as long as she is local to me!

Dr. Kies is excellent! She is knowledge, kind, compassionate and gets to the root of the problem. Her care saved our daughters life and restored her health. We will be forever grateful for the impact her practice has had on our daughter and our family. Highly recommend! Dr. Kies is straight forward and honest.

The worst doctor I’ve ever seen in my entire life.

Just terrible. I went in with side effects from depo provera and was told it was just “anxiety.” In ten minutes of knowing me! And this was with visible symptoms too! But since doctors would never talk bad about the pharmaceutical industry, I shouldn’t be surprised. She was dismissive, rude, nonchalant, and shoved me out the door like I was wasting her time. Didn’t answer questions. Waste of money. Wrote a letter of complaint to the Sussex office and never heard back. Unprofessional.

This Doctor did not Listen and 'Brushed-off' my main concerns; she did not do a thorough examination; her attitude was condescending. Needs improvement with 'bed-side-manner.' My visit with her was Awful. I wish I would have chosen a different doctor. Next time I will.

Dr. Kies takes the time to listen and works to find the root of the cause and treating that versus just throwing medicine at a condition. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Very experienced, knowledgeable, listens, open to ideas. Remembers to follow through on things and staff is kind and efficient. Would recommend to anyone.

Terrible!!! Doesn't listen, all about more visits for the money!
