Doctors or nurses do not listen to their patients doctors nurses and nursing assistants when they write in your medical chart they write things that you as a patient never said and a whole lot more I wouldn't recommend anybody going to the mayo Health System I would stay completely clear

When you tell them why you're there they don't even listen to you they put their own words in your chart not what you said it is very sad that they have to do that they don't even take the time to listen to their patients

If you value your health avoid this place like the plague. The doctors don't listen, thry just keep passing you around to collect co-pays without ever addressing the issues at hand. Absolute waste of time and money.

The people who schedule are rude. The doctors are so overbooked they spend five minutes with you after you wait an hour to see them. You can never get in if you have a sick child, and when you specify that they offer to book an appointment three weeks out?! This office just plain sucks! 4 years later, and the same. My son is sick, no times to get in and see someone. I would sure hope he isn't still sick in 2 weeks...

This place will Rob you! I Saw the doctor for 5 mins and they charged me $500. When I got the Bill it had already been “late”. I’ll choose a diff clinic from now on. They told me the Cares act didn’t cover my Covid swab. Efom from customer service was a huge jerk and didn’t wanna help me at all with anything calling me maam and and talking down to me! Don’t bother with this scam clinic!

Dr. Bolden was amazing. She listened, and discovered what was wrong with me after being told it was other things that were not a big deal. Even when going to the ER after my visit with her, and there they said they thought it was something minimal, I went to a specialist and it turned out that Dr. Bolden was right in the beginning. She truly listens and tries to get to the bottom of things.

Doctor failed to diagnose an obvious ear infection and prescribe me anti-biotics. Saw him for half an hour at most, and that is a generous estimate. He wasn't enthusiastic, didn't explain anything, and ended up giving me a referral to another clinic that was booked two weeks out, which I eventually called to cancel. I walked into Mile Bluff clinic right after I was done with my appointment at Mayo, they prescribed me anti-biotics, were super friendly and talkative and explained things to me, ear infection cleared right up! Love getting charged 200 dollars for bad care.
