The care and service here has gone down hill here. Last month I waited over an hour for the lab to bring out a stool sample kit for my daughter! They claimed not to have the orders from Childrens hospital even though someone had called me about receiving the orders the day before and I had said I would be coming in the next day for the kit. Then they apparently made an error on two of the samples and weren't able to run the test. But this wasn't told to me by them but by Childrens hospital when they contacted them for the results. Today I went in for the SNS biopsy I had scheduled and was informed the appointment had been canceled because the radiologist wasn't available and I had been called and told this. But I wasn't called. Or I wouldn't have left work and drove out there. Alls they had to say was "Sorry. Do you have the number for central scheduling to call and reschedule?" This place has become an absolute joke.
The care my mother received here was not as good as it should have been. The experience was very disappointing. The staff was rude and condescending and didn't explain things adequately. They forgot to order needed medical equipment and they didn't order appropriate medication for discharge home. They sent an extra large hospital bed suitable for an NBA player, not a petite lady.
Even after all that covid has done to our medical staff this place is going above and beyond for my mother. Both of my parents were hospitalized the same week nearly the same symptoms. My father in Iowa is getting horrible care, dirty room, awful food and rude medical staff. Aurora has been the complete opposite and has allowed me to rest easy knowing she is being cared for. The food is excellent, her view is spectacular and they have saved her life.
My husband had to go to the emergency room last night, and I was 900 miles away, Nurse Jen was the kindest nurse, she was very kind and considerate, They took very good care of him. Thank you, Thank you
I cannot describe an experience as I have been waiting months for an appointment and was told there are many more months to wait. Is this what is considered "caring" for patients? They advertise constantly to call them for great mental health care...is it by some new form of osmosis? They shouldn't tell you to reach out just to slap your hand away. Shame on you for contributing to the list of reasons people have to not ask for help. Your mission statement is false, there is no, "connecting our patients, team members and communities to their health." If there was then there would not be the false pretense in their advertising of caring for patients and their communities. DO NOT COUNT ON THESE PEOPLE IF YOU NEED HELP unless, you want inpatient that they will (can't miss out on the big bucks) do! That means no income for you though as well as no care for your children if you have them. So if you can afford to compound your problems inpatient is available, don't forget your insurance card
16 weeks pregnant, bad uti burned up. Hurt badly. Pain was at 10/10 and I had to wait for hours just to be seen. They didn't care if I was pregnant and at risk. Was bleeding at the time. They did nothing but had me wait.
I can't speak for all Aurora's as far as this one here . . Terrible, greedy, refuses to work with medical claims, and very unhelpful,. However I am glad I got out in one piece.
$5000 charged for 1 visit. All just for a covid test and they said it is legit. Not recommended. Not gonna put a foot again on this place.
Small hospital, terrible phone system that reflects the customer care.
The team here are awesome. I had rotator cuff surgery last week and despite some hurdles the experience was great due to all the great care I was given. Received a ty card in the mail from them today. I want to say TY back to all of them

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
