Steer clear of this place at ALL costs. Better off going to Waukesha memorial or Froedert. Had literal blood on the floor of the exam room and on the bed.

Nurse manager Suzanna is rude as is every other Dr that works here. Especially dr Anastasia Figura

The Admissions guy, and every nurse I had was phenomenal and sweet. However Dr. Anastasia Figura was very rude and condescending & wanted to make it seem like my issues were due to my anxiety. The first thing she asked when she walked into my room was “why are you crying,” and not in a nice manner. I was diagnosed with Covid 4 days prior and was starting to have issues breathing, tingling in my hands and feet, as well as a small atelectasis in my right lung. When I received my discharge paperwork there was no mention of the atelectasis and she decided to give me a print out on anxiety as if I don’t know what my panic attacks are like. Just wanted to give me Ativan and send me on my way. Would come here again as long I never have to see her. Nurse manager suzanna laughed and said it my mom should know better calling due to hippa when one of her employees spoke to my mom earlier without issue. Yet blamed it on my mom. Absolutely disgusted with this place. Stay far away.

Arrived at Ascension Waukesha for a crushing hand injury. I received prompt medical attention and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Everyone was attentive, professional, provided full explanations of the activities and plan of care. They repaired the lacerations with great result. Dr Layman was superb- very knowledgeable and highly skilled. The timeliness of care was faster than I have ever experienced. The new facility is beautiful and very functional. I can't thank the entire staff enough for excellent care.
