The techs have been excellent and very friendly. You can tell they hire people who truly care about their line of work and aren’t just here to get a pay check.The company has been great overall. I had issues with some of the wires coming off and they would call me every time they noticed it to try and fix it and even had a tech come out right away to fix it because it wasn’t working properly.Overall it’s been a great experience with this company.

Had at home EEG. Tech was great but they turned my eeg off because the test was "almost over" and battery was starting to get low except they didn't call to notify me. They called an incorrect phone number. And what I needed captured was missed because of their sloppy work. 48 hour eeg was supposed to end at around 2ish and they turned it off almost 5 hours early. Ridiculous. And $2500 down the drain potentially.
