THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DON'T PAY FOR RUSH SHIPPING! I ordered my retainers and had placed a rush on them due to the previous ones breaking. The retainers arrived passed there due time this is with lab time and delivery time factored in. I called to express my concern and desire for a refund on that shipping cost. This was on Monday of this week. The individual told me the manager would be in contact with me and confirmed that the order was past its due to time. Fast forward to Wednesday I am chatting with them from the chat bubble on the website. I reach an insanely rude and unhelpful individual. Who is now telling me that it arrived on time, they don't do refunds on rush shipping, and to call and talk to someone by the name of Evan. - What makes this worse is the cut on the retainers is way to low in the front two teeth area! Guys ive never had such poor customer service! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID! Try some other dental service that is worth your time and money because if you have an issue it will not be dealt with.

Love my retainers they fit perfectly and did a reorder. Very easy to do the impressions at home.Best of all you are saving money by not having the dentist order them for you.

There moulds broke my permanent retainer first go! Moulds were nothing like all the times ive gone to the dentist to get them done and having to get it re attached none of them will fit now so a complete waste of money plus time and effort and extra fees of having to go to orthadontists to fix the metal retainer and now the retainers I’m expecting from sporting smiles won’t fit my top teeth due to there moulds damaging my retainer Have tried contacting to see if they could fix this some how by making new moulds of the top with less damaging moulding gel or reimbursement but no response still! And it’s also been months and haven’t received them not that the top ones will fit It says easier and cheaper than a dentist it’s cost time postage x3 dentist visits now with fees all because I chose to trust this site WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Waiting for a response from them still! Be cautious when using there products

Sporting smiles is the only place I will go for replacement retainers....I have never had any issues with them and I've had to replace both my daughters retainers due to loosing them. They are 100% the best place!
