Both of my kids see a doctor here. My oldest sees a psychiatrist here as well. But it’s impossible to get through to a receptionist. Sometimes I’ll be on hold from 30 minutes to an hour JUST to make an appointment or send a message to their doctor. I stopped in the office the other day to try and see what was going on with my sons medication since the doctor didn’t call me the week prior, and someone was at the desk for behavioral health, and someone was at the other desk for normal appointments. I’m just confused on why I can’t get through to someone on the phone. I shouldn’t have to come in person in order to speak to somebody.

Never can get through to a receptionist. Also saw a nurse practitioner that can prescribe and she decided it was a good idea to take me off my lorazepam I’ve been on for 3 years. She didn’t taper me off either. She decided it was best to do it cold turkey. She took me off my abilify cold turkey as well at this time. So now I was withdrawing from two drugs I’ve been on for years. I started vomiting, having tremors, sweating, having outbursts and having crazy insomnia. I’ve tried to reach out multiple times to let them know I am in crisis but no answer. If I could give this zero stars I would. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

Dr. Valentine is the best doctor I've had since the '90's.He actually listened to both me and my wife, and engaged with both of us.

Amazing place & doctors! very friendly staff\ front desk receptionist. I searched for so long for someone like Dr.Broach! he listens, he understands & he help. he allows me to feel normal again, he don't just throw medications at me to shut me up (and I talk a lot) he actual CARE! He checks in with me to reassure new & old medications are going great. You don't find many doctors around like SIXTEENTH STREET!FUN FACT: I have yet to meat him in person. Over the pass months I have only connect with him VIA VIDEO, PHONE & EMAIL.

COVID testing - very smooth outdoor operation with minimal wait and next day turnaround with a phone call from a great representative. Different family had testing at different testing venues, and Dr Cintron's technique was definitely the best and most thorough. Appreciate the team's competent care and efficiency.
