They operate an 'urgent care' out of an ascension building. I put urgent care in quotes because I was billed as an emergency room visit. Between EMS and Ascension you will receive two very large bills, even after insurance. It is ridiculous that they don't make this clear upon check-in. The billing line is unable to help. Even after this, I had to make two separate visits just a few days apart because of the lack of care I received the first time. I went back the second time after becoming even sicker. They don't follow-up on any test results and didn't even notify me some of the testing came back abnormal (a contagious illness, none the less). Do not recommend, especially for simple illnesses like sore throats, colds, etc.

Great place to work! The providers place their patients at the center of everything they do. They are active in the community, compassionate and caring. Highly recommend working at EMS with the best emergency medicine providers in Wisconsin!

I know it's a low bar, but this was easily the best ER experience I have ever had. I was seen quickly, treated with respect, given full testing, and dealt with doctors and nurses who were clearly working very hard to solve what was wrong with me. I got a follow up call a few days later to check up on me. Bottom line: going to an ER is always an ordeal, but this place is FAR better than any other Ive been to.

I was amazed at how professional, courteous and efficient EMS staff and doctors were. I was referred to the ER yesterday after a tele-urgent care appointment and was seen right away. I was assessed by doctors within an hour and was given every test imaginable to make sure I was ok. I didn't feel rushed or ignored, which is rare at urgent care facilities today. I can see why EMS is so highly regarded. Thank you all for turning a scary situation into a positive one.

The staff, from checking-in, the RNs, to the orderlies, and the doctors, they couldn’t have been more pleasant. They all answered all my questions and addressed my concerns with sincerity and warmth. As busy as they were, and they WERE, I never felt ignored.

I had an issue with my hand. Went to this ER. There were about 8 people before me, and so it took an hour to finally be admitted. The person who admitted me wasn't the most friendly, but everyone else I encountered in the hospital was extremely nice and friendly. I did x-rays and saw an extremely competent doctor. From getting there until I finished was a total of 3 hours (I had anticipated it would take about 4 hours). So I was rather happy with this visit towards the end. Great job.

I am a former EMS employee and I truly believe that the Emergency Room team is the best in Wisconsin. The ED is run with care, professionalism and the whole physician and medical staff is deeply committed to creating positive experiences for our patients during some of their most vulnerable moments. I am proud to have been able to work with the best.

The staff and ER are top-notch. They addressed my health concerns, provided the right treatment, and showcased professionalism. They were attentive to my needs and ensured I had optimal care. The physician was knowledgeable, and the nursing staff was skilled and compassionate. The facilities are also well-equipped with ample parking available. I highly recommend!

They are double billing a same visit I received at the ER. Awful company. I NEVER WAS SEEN AT EMS. If I could give a zero star I would. I was seen at a hospital NOT whatever this scamming fake company is. The hospital emergency room already billed me for the visit I had with the physician an almost $2k bill might I add. So why is this scamming EMS company trying to also bill me for the same physician I saw?!!! Absolutely awful and y’all should be ashamed for this horrible double billing practice you’re doing. Oh and they also don’t answer their phones, it’s crickets.

This is an excellent place for emergency situations. Excellent physicians, excellent staff across the board. They are fast and a very professional place. Everyone who works here was extremely kind and helpful. Thank you for all your help.
