I was having a heart attack and had to wait. People had been waiting over 5 hours. I left because I would rather die than go insane.

I was in the cardiac floor from Monday to Wednesday. Staff was amazing from doctors to nurses to cleaning staff. Special thanks to the nurse Karley who went above and beyond. They were all so caring. So many great doctors especially Dr Shah and Dr Gardezi. Thank you all!!!!

The most horrible emergency room ever daughter had chest pain and trouble breathing sat for 2 hrs and a 1/2 and told me they still had a couple people in front of me I didn’t know that chest pain and trouble breathing was not urgent never again will I come back

Nurse call light gets a verbal response, an assumption is made as to what the issue is, call light is cancelled without face to face contact with patient. Left waiting 1.5 hours without a response. Ready to check out AMA.

This hospital is trash. They don’t care about the patients and they don’t give them the quality of service they need. I came into the ER and I could barely walk due to the inability to breathe. The nurse Angela C. who came out to the ER and saw me in my condition did not offer me a wheelchair to get to the ER room. To make a long story short I ended up asking this nurse Angela C. to step out of my room because of her attitude. I have never asked any medical worker to leave my room. I would rather walk to a different hospital and take the risk of dying than go back to this terrible establishment.

The ER is Horrid, They treat patients like utter garbage, Rude & Unprofessional. I was trying to visit a family member, And the person working at desk back talked me and treated me horribly because I did not know were My Family Members room was.

I went to see Dr Lennertz today. I was greeted in admitting by a very friendly woman who overheard that I was headed to the pain clinic. She waited while I was checked in by an efficient and friendly man. She walked me to the pain clinic. I was checked in by a nurse who was kind, funny, and thorough. The team in the procedure room was really friendly. Dr Lennertz did an excellent job, explained everything well, and made the best out of a stressful situation. This may very well have been the best hospital experience I have ever had. Thank you!
