Absolutely the worst communication I have ever experienced with a doctor or doctors office. Bedside manner is the worst. He makes you feel horrible about yourself. refuses to help or order tests. I don’t recommend this doctor or his doctors office. If you go to this doctor expect, not to be able to ever get a hold of him or his staff, there is no direct number for his doctors office.If you need meds it takes for ever for a refill, and dozen of calls and headaches to get it sorted. When you go to see him he spends all of 5 minutes with you and doesn’t take your concerns into account, his PA’s are better than he is. When you get shots or procedures done he doesn’t talk to u about it just comes in marks the spot and rushes from patient to patient. Absolutely horrible. They are supposed to help you with pain and this doctor made it worse. He told me nothing was wrong with my hips. When I got a second opinion I found out I have a labral tear, I have a deformity in my hips, fluid in my bursitis, tendinitis, CAM lesion and more. This from a doctor who refused to order a MRI of my hips when I repeatedly asked, he said no because I’m too young to have anything wrong with my hips. When I got a second opinion the first thing they did was order a MRI of my hips, come to find out I need surgery. This doctor just wants to do procedures and shots for the money when he can’t he doesn’t want to see that patient. This is a money grabbing doctor. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR AND PRACTICE!!

Everyone, doctors and nurses and staff have treated me with respect, answering every one of my questions in a clear concise manner that I could understand. . The treatment I have received has been top of the line and I would recommend Dr Jung to anybody who needs help with a pain problem.

Dr.JUNG is the best at what he does. I'm very grateful for his knowledge in pain relief.

Dr Jung is very kind caring doctor I hurt my neck and work and have crippling migraines he has done a wonderful job trying to help. He has lots of locations and will try to fit you in if you need to see him immediately. His assistant Veronica is very helpful too. I feel very comfortable with him.

Dr Jung is by far the best pain management doctor that I have ever seen. I have been in pain management for many years and he is the only one that takes his time with me and gives me treatment options for my different medical issues.

First visit was very informative and I feeel he took the time to listen to me and answered all my questions.

Everyone was kind and helpful. Dr. Jung spent a lot of time with me. He explained evrything and has given me hope that something can be done to help lessen my neck pain. He even was kind enough to talk to my husband about a procedure that could help with his back pain. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a pain management physician.

Like you said, there was pain for the first several days. For some unknown reason, Humana would not OK the Tylenol 3, but once Walgreens did an override, we finally got the pills and they helped. Things feel much better today. Donna

Doctor Jung and staff are fantastic. They listen well to my concerns and are so helpful. They scheduled me for an injection in a timely manner for my back pain. I can’t begin to tell you how much I appreciate Doctor Jung, his staff, and convenient location of his West Bend office. Thank you so much.

Dr. Jung was friendly and professional. It was my initial visit and I received a lot of information, but Dr. Jung explained everything thoroughly and answered any of my questions or concerns. Cannot wait for my next appointment and the injections!
