Albert Paine's Online Review Report Card

Would not recommend this dr. If I could give a zero star I would. Arrived for a 1 o’clock appointment and a note was on the checkin desk that said “in a meeting”. Ok no big deal … thought they may be at lunch. Time passes, patients continue to walk-in ( but can not check in). It was standing room only with 15 patients in the room including one on a gurney in the middle of the room. 1:50 rolls around and still no one at the desk to check-in and dr still not seeing patients. I decided to leave along with 3 others as if he is this far behind checking patients in because of a meeting we can only gather how long it will take to be seen.I waited several hours but before closing time to reschedule the appointment and explain my frustration with what happen to Danielle. But she has a few choice words to me saying a note was left and continued the conversation with a VERY bad attitude. Not sure how this practice can continue to stay open with employees and staff treating patients with disrespect.Never seen Dr Payne so can’t give him a review but his practice needs an overhaul of staff.

I was recommemded for nasal surgery turbinate revision with sinus involvement nearly a year ago. I had to have clearances from all of my physicians. I contacted danielle from dr paines office and she said they received clearances but it may be several weeks b4 I am scheduled. I have repeatedly called the office but no-one returns my call. I do NOT recommend this office for anything. Dr Paine was very nice upon initial visit but his office people are terrible. Called last week and Danielle stated she would call me back. Never happened.

I'll never go back. The man made me feel like a POS of a human being.I went bc I'm deaf in my right ear. He sends me for qn MRI. Said they don't know why I'm deaf but I do have gliosis in my brain & wanted me to see a Neurologist. Im still waiting on that appointment.And hearing him talking abt me before coming into my room. His exact words ' what does she want me to do ' shame on him.

My sister made an appointment with Dr. Paine. She had covid-19 in September and still hasn’t regained her taste and smell. The staff at Dr. Paine’s office treated her like a leper and made her leave! Dr. Paine refused to see her. She doesn’t have covid any longer, but the staff talked awful to her. How disgraceful and unprofessional! These people are definitely NOT in the category of medical professional heroes. They should be ashamed of themselves!

I just can't believe the reviews I've read.Dr. Paine did surgery on my nose today, I found the Dr. and his staff very pleasant and professional. I was very comfortable and pleased with the results. I would refer him to everyone.

I wish I would have listened to the other reviewer, but I thought she just had a miscommunication or something. This doctor does not have any patient skills at all. He treated me as if I was a case study in a book and not a person sitting in the chair in front of him. When he asked me questions about my issues he treated me as if I was dumb and very incompetent. I waited in the waiting room for one hour after my scheduled appointment time just to see him, be treated with disrespect and sent away without solving my issue. The front office staff never followed up after the appointment even though I was told I would receive a call. I would not recommend going to this doctor.
