When I first started this journey with my daughter in July I never placed radiation in her story. She was just 19 months old and one of the hardest things I ever was told so far. Chemo I knew was a part of it but, not radiation. I can say without a doubt that the journey with Dr Raja and his team have been nothing short of a blessing and amazing to say the least. They made it seem less, the first day they took her after I brought her up there to start the process I was a crying panic attack mess my heart was heavy n it hurt.. not bc of them but because she yet was having to go thru something that she had no idea what it was. It was an immediate response as soon as we hit the doors I lost it. They let it be let me get it out and then console me n her with kind words. The rest was easy I thought it was completely amazing they let me carry her to them just like day one everyday she had it for seven days. Dr Raja called everyday to check on her after treatment and me too. His team of nurses from Ms Sharon Olivia Brittany and there was one more but I don’t recall her unfortunately but she was great day one too. Women’s and Children’s team of Anastasia were all familiar faces with us came in on there days off to get her ready for treatment they were with her for a huge part of her story when her kidney was taken. Due to Wilms Tumor. Hands down they made this part of the process easy and smooth for once. Highly recommend this group y’all…!!!! As we end our chapter with this team I felt I needed to let the world know how great they were n caring and compassionate with Emerson, we were truly treated like family, and at these types of times everyone needs that feeling they excelled in this.🖤🙏 both parties.
Staff is so helpful and very knowledgeable.
I'm greatful for my doctor's at hospital. Dr Mualla and Dr Swan answer any questions I have about my diagnosis. All the staff nurses and everyone has always been so friendly and nice. I love 2 hours away and I try to keep appointments together they worked it to where I had to go in to sign paperwork and learning stuff about financial they made to where I didn't have to and since I am getting port Friday and I can go Friday or telephone Monday. They try so hard to help me.this is just the beginning of my journey I will update if anything xhanges
Dr was Cold no answer just script for pills to stop hormone production I left have not gone back. Not warm or caring still haven't been fitted for a bra. Not for me.
Soley must’ve told Administrative assistance Donna that I asked her about vit c alternative Med. Donna told me I get vit c infusion from Thomas hospital. Donna knew that Thomas does not administer vit c infusion. SHAME ON YOU DONNA & soley. Dr soley is a terrible doctor. She will not entertain questions. Shove chemo down your throat and won’t answer any questions. She is horrible. Shame on you soley! A lot of doctors left camc to Thomas probably bc camc is not a good hospital.
I don't believe anyone wants to have an appointment at a Cancer Center. April 2022 I met with Dr. Raja and Dr. Soley. I was so pleased with both of their outlooks, positivity and encouragement. I def feel I have the best team to walk with me through this journey. All the staff, at the Cancer Center, have been very friendly and compassionate. Except for the nurse that checked me in on my follow up visit on 5/31 with Dr. Soley. She was very cold and robotic. Perhaps she needs to understand that we aren't there by choice.
The clinic staff in the outpatient side has some rude people, Dr Stephen Mandish is wonderful with radiation. If you have to call after hours don't expect returned quick if at all from Oncologist. In the beginning they take everything up great but it falls short. The greeter is the sweetest lady love her to pieces. Tammy in radiology oncology is very nice no matter what is going on.
The staff is friendly and caring and quite capable of handling prescribed treatments, but I beg you to seek a specialist for overall guidance of those treatments outside of this facility. In all fairness, the doctor who handled my father’s care is no longer employed at this facility, but it’s hard not to feel as though Dad was put off and prodded along to continue treatments based on a misrepresentation of test results. (We found out after it was too late that the cancer was indeed not diminishing as we were led to believe. We were also met with surprise by other physicians in the course of treatment that nothing was changed in treatment and handled more promptly with such rapid weight loss and illness.) Care was not streamlined between the facility and the hospital by the lead physician either which was frustrating at every turn especially during Covid and subsequent required isolation. Bottom line, if you think something isn’t quite right, seek another opinion. I would also like to reiterate that the nurses and other staff were so caring and did everything they could to help, but not being able to change your physician if you’re unhappy with delivered care is a major problem.
So pleased with everybody that is part of my daughter's care. Everyone has been so nice and very helpful with everything. They didn't mind answering all our questions.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
