I had x-rays and an MRI this morning, and every person I encountered was super nice,efficient, and caring. I especially enjoyed Sam who got me registered. They all made what could have been an unpleasant experience the exact opposite. Kudos to the staff there.

I had scheduled an MRI and I called the billing office to determine my co-pay. They did not even know the diagnostic code that was going to be used for my scan. They told me I could not have that information. Well they just lost several hundred dollars of revenue because I cancelled. before I ended up in the billing department I was transferred to three other departments. If they are that disorganized they sure are not going to get my money, and especially my body!

I love this place , the woman here are extremely nice and patient, I got my first mammogram done last week and they were so nice to me , i will be here every year , i just wanna say thank you , i would recommend this place to anyone
