Terrible! Waited for at least 2 1/2 hours to see the dr. They told me they were going to treat only my symptoms and not find the cause because my insurance is WV family health and it probably wouldn’t cover further testing. I was told my head tremors aren’t that bad anyway when my moms (who was with me) are progressively awful. No further appointments or answers for head tremors and that’s the end. I’m left to watch my mom suffer terribly and know what I have to look forward to with absolutely no help from these Dr. who don’t listen or care and only want money.
Rough day at the doctor. Went in for migraines and I was not even able to address that. Instead, I was told I need to educate myself about some things. Strange experience.
They saved my life, after I was airlifted from oak hill to this hospital. Highly recommend them.
If I could give less than a star I would. My husband had a stroke over a year and a half ago and has yet to see his neurologist because they keep rescheduling his appointments because of scheduling issues. They don't care about their patients. DO NOT take your loved one here if you want them to get better because it won't happen.
Called at 11:43 to make an appointment because they said their lunch time is from 12:00 - 1:00. And the answering service lady is too stupid to realize that 11:43 is before 12:00. OMG!!!!
I waited months for them to accept my referral and then they lost it, claimed they called when they didn’t and told me to resubmit it. They said they only had two doctors accepting new patients I think this is the reason for the poor service. They don’t want your business.
Ok

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
