Google was NOT the place I wanted to review a doctor but so be it. Front office staff 0/10 stars extremely rude. The doctor himself: 4/10 stars, reason being I was told I would be CANE BOUND at age 26; IF I couldn't get some injection in my knee, that MY insurance kept rejecting. My brain told me to get a second opinion so I did. The second opinion orthopedic made more sense and tested my flexibility in my knee and whatever tests orthopedics are supposed to do. Came to the conclusion I needed a knee scope. So ya know..... Take that with what you want, your life not mine. 🤷🏻‍♀️

1) Front receptionist PEGGY, learn some manners, MA'AM. You are here to serve the public and people who are in PAIN. 2) Even after signing a Release of Information to Dr. Adkins, for the MRI Dr. Adkins ordered, himself, his office staff argued with me that they did not have this information. I easily printed it off in 5 minutes at home to give to my SECOND OPINION ORTHO. 3) Dr. Adkins was ADAMANT I was NOT a candidate for surgery - however the second opinion doctor offered me a KNEE SCOPE the first time I met them. 4) Even after multiple attempts of trying to get Dr. Adkins to take me seriously, he would not. This making me want a second opinion EVEN MORE.5) Do not tell young people that they are CANE BOUND if it's a lie.

Not to even being by how rude, unwilling and undesirable Dr. Clark Adkins medical staff was; the Dr himself is an absolute buffoon to put it NICELY. I have been actively fighting with this man and my insurance company for well over 3 months now regarding the """osteoarthritis""" I have in my left knee. Dr. Adkins told me - mind you, I, a 26 year old female, that I may be CANE BOUND for the rest of my life. I REFUSED to take that as an answer and got a second opinion. Today was the day of the second opinion - new doctor was AMAZING in so many ways compared to Adkins and staff. I got the answers I have been needing for TWO YEARS now and the reassurance to get the help I need for my left knee. Dr. Adkins does not take his job seriously and needs his license revoked, point blank - PERIOD.

Doctor Clark Adkins is indeed a blessing to Healthcare! I underwent a successful left knee replacement surgery in October, 2020. Doctor Adkins is knowledgeable, professional and caring! I would be glad to recommend Doctor Clark Adkins!

I was not showen the x ray and was told i needed total knee replacement. I am 83 years old and have many health problems and lung desease. Will not be a good patient for knee replacement. Was very upset with this suggedtion at my age.

Had left knee replaced by Dr.Adkins in June 2018 the right knee in Oct. 2018. I would recommend Dr. Adkins to anyone needing knee replacement. Great surgeon.

Dr. Adkins did the surgery to replace both of my wife's knees. The results were fantastic. He is a very kind and skilled surgeon that my wife and I would recommend to everyone. He always had time to answer our questions and give us advise. His staff is also great people to work with. They too are skilled, kind, and considerate.

Wonderful staff and a doctor who takes time, is congenial and knowledgeable. Top notch all the way around.

I would highly recommend Dr. Adkins. He performed surgery on my shoulder and also my knee. He has also given me knee and shoulder injections. I trust him completely. He is very understanding, knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
