Dr. Russell Richardson has been our family Doctor for about 40 years...He has a big heart and would always take the time to listen to our problems and how we were feeling, I’m speaking for my entire family...We also loved his nurse Wanda, she was awesome and such a great help to Dr. Russell when he was not feeling himself. I have great respect for Dr. Russell and his entire staff, I became especially close to his nurse Wanda...I absolutely loved her and miss them both very much...I started seeing Dr. Lewis, whom I would like to Thank Him very much for taking me on as a patient, when he already had more then he needed...and now Dr. Lewis has retired and I am in search for a new General Practitioner and need one very soon...I appreciate everything he has done for me also...and he was also my Sweet Dads Dr.at Bell Minor...until he passed away on October 9, 2018...I just want to let everyone know that I miss them and appreciate everything that everyone has helped me with...I am praying for Dr. Richardson and I know that God is watching over him... ,

Best general practice DR. in Hall county for 48 years, and my Dr. for 30+ years. He would have all 5 stars except for the staff, staff lacking in personality.

doc Richardson is the best Dr ive ever had. don't care for the rest of the employees, but he is a smart man.. so hurt doc richardson had a stroke hes been our dr for 40 years my mother-in-law was his nurse in the younger years... so sad.. he is no longer in practice.... no back up plan i have been out of my meds until i find dr and i have seizures :( just crazy how they can do that. no protocol what so ever we were told srry dr richardson is no longer practicing so find another dr. dr lewis said he wasn't taking but a few patients and he wont write our scrips till we get a dr that just wrong

I tried to make an appointment for me and my husband today but ever time i would call they keep hanging up on me... worst customer service ever !!!!!!!!!!!!
