I have been seeing Dr. Tierney for about 4 years now. I left Riverside Health and followed her to Family Care. She is a very knowledgeable doctor and cares about your needs and health. She will take the time to sit down, and listen to your concerns with pure compassion. In summary, she has a great bedside manner.

I would have given a negative star if I could. I highly don't recommend her to anyone. I don't trust her. She is very rude and fails to listen. She did nothing to actually help me. She made me very uncomfortable both times I saw her. She never returned my call after I requested to speak to her. I scheduled an appointment with another provider. She had my appointment canceled. I was told I could only see her. I thought doctors took an oath to do no harm. Preventing someone from seeing a doctor that may actually help can and does causes harm to an individual.

Dr Tierney is my pcp she has been great. She helped me find relief for my shoulder problems. She is at cabin creek clinic at riverside.

My mother is a 77 year old with numerous medical conditions. Dr Tierney never returns calls. My mother has called 6 times in 2 weeks with no call nack. Her home nurse and therapist has called regarding my mother's pain. The office promised to call in a prescription today after 2 weeks failed attempts and still no prescription has been called in. The doctor and her staff need to take a comprehensive class on patient care.

I am so glad that I have found Dr. L Tierney as my PCP. She is very thorough and does listen to the complaint and does her best to take care of whatever it may be.

Very rude. Will never recommend to anyone, or see her again. Refused to refill my anxiety meds because I refused a pap smear.
